    Studi Analisis Simulasi tentang Karakter Polietilena dan Kadar Pengisi (Serat Batang Pisang) sebagai Komposit untuk Bahan Palet Kayu

    Abstract
    This research studied about the Polietilena character and filler level (banana fibers) as composite for material of palette wood. This research employed the simulation program of Math 5.1. The variables of this research are time of 5', 10', 15', 20', 25', and 30? and use banana fibers with weight percent of 10, 20, 30, and 40. In that case, I use bending strength and the elasticity as parameters. The result of simulation shows that the best result is obtained above the value of literature with ninety percents politiena and teen percents banana fibers at the measurement time thirty minutes and the elasticity value of 81.28 kgf and bending strength of 16.8 kgf. The industrial palette wood gives the elasticity of 53.48 kgf and pressure strength of 133.9 kgf. The comparison between the simulation result and the experiment are concluded that the simulation analysis for the elasticity and pressure strength can be obtained a constant change due to time increase and those can analyzed with an interval time constant.
     
    Polietilena dan kadar pengisi (serat batang pisang) sebagai komposit untuk bahan palet kayu diteliti dengan penelitian studi analisis secara simulasi program Mathematica 5.1. Variabel penelitian simulasi ini adalah waktu 5', 10', 15', 20',25' dan 30' selanjutnya pemakaian kadar pengisi (serat batang pisang) 10,20, 30, 40% berat. Parameter penelitian ini adalah kuat tekan dan elastisitas. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan hasil terbaik diperoleh di atas nilai literatur adalah dengan komposisi 90% polietilena dan 10% serat batang pisang pada waktu pengukuran 30 menit dengan nilai keelastisan 81,28 kgf dan kuat tekan 16,8 kgf. Kayu palet industri memberikan elastisitas 53,48 kgf dan kuat tekan 133,9 kgf. Dari perbandingan antara hasil simulasi dan eksperimen dapat disimpulkan bahwa analisis simulasi untuk elastisitas dan kuat tekan dapat diperoleh perubahan yang konstan akibat dari kenaikan waktu dan juga dapat dianalisis dengan interval waktu yang konstan.
