Karakteristik Pioderma Superfisialis pada Bayi dan Anak di SMF Ilmu Kesehatan Kulit dan Kelamin RSUP. H. Adam Malik Medan Periode Tahun 2010 – 2012

Abstract

Background : Superficial pyoderma (SP) is skin infection that located under stratum corneum until dermis or hair follicle. Objective : To identify the characteristic of SP in infants and children at Departement of Dermatology and Venerealogy, H. Adam Malik General Hospital Medan, from period of January 2010 to December 2012. Subject and Method : retrospective study was carried out from medical records of SP patients in infants and children who had visited to Departement of Dermatology and Venerealogy, H. Adam Malik General Hospital Medan, from period of January 2010 to December 2012. Results : There were total 87 SP cases in infants and children, consist of 52,9 % boys and 47,1 % girls. Most common case was found in 1-5 years age group as much as 47,1 %. The most common clinical presentation was IB at 43,7%. The locations of SP lesions in infants and children showed relatively different annually. The locations of SP lesion in order from 2010-2012 are as followed; in the facial area was 31,0 %, lower hands, armpit and lower limbs were 21,4 % each, facial and armpit were 23,5 % each. The treatment in infants and children usually using combination therapy depends on each clinical types. Conclusion : The most common case of SP in infants and children at Departement of Dermatology and Venerealogy, H. Adam Malik General Hospital Medan were found in boys of 1-5 years age group. The most common clinical presentation was IB. Each year showed different locations. The general treatment of SP in infants and children is topical antibiotics.

Latar belakang : Pioderma Superfisialis adalah infeksi kulit yang terjadi dibawah stratum korneum sampai dermis atau pada folikel rambut. Tujuan : Mengetahui karakteristik pioderma superfisialis pada bayi dan anak di SMF Ilmu Kesehatan Kulit dan Kelamin RSUP. H. Adam Malik Medan periode Januari 2010 – Desember 2012. Subyek dan metoda : Dilakukan penelitian retrospektif dari data rekam medis pasien pioderma superfisialis pada bayi dan anak yang datang berobat ke SMF Ilmu Kesehatan Kulit dan Kelamin RSUP. H. Adam Malik Medan periode Januari 2010 – Desember 2012. Hasil : Ditemukan 87 kasus pioderma superfisialis pada bayi dan anak, laki-laki sebesar 52,9 % dan perempuan 47,1 %. Kasus terbanyak pada kelompok usia 1-5 tahun sebesar 47,1 %. Bentuk klinis yang terbanyak adalah IB sebesar 43,7%. Lokasi lesi PS pada bayi dan anak setiap tahunnya menunjukkan lokasi lesi yang relatif berbeda. Lokasi lesi untuk pasien PS pada bayi dan anak secara berurutan dari tahun 2010 - 2012 yaitu pada wajah sebanyak 31,0 %, lengan dan ketiak, tungkai masing-masing sebesar 21,4 %, wajah dan ketiak masing-masing sebesar 23,5%. Pengobatan PS pada bayi dan anak umumnya menggunakan pengobatan secara kombinasi yang sesuai bentuk klinisnya masing-masing. Kesimpulan : Di SMF Ilmu Kesehatan Kulit dan Kelamin RSUP. H. Adam Malik Medan PS pada bayi dan anak lebih banyak dijumpai pada anak laki-laki, kelompok usia 1-5 tahun. Bentuk klinis terbanyak IB. Lokasi lesi setiap tahunnya menunjukkan perbedaan. Pengobatan PS pada bayi dan anak umumnya diberikan golongan antibiotika secara topikal.
