    Pemanfaatan Batu Apung dalam Pembuatan Beton Ringan dengan Sikament-Nn dan Sika Fume

    Abstract
    Has been fabricated concrete made from cement, sand, pebbles, pumice, Sikament NN and Sika-Fume. With the treatment time: 7, 21 and 28 days. Testing parameters include: density, absorption, compressive strength, and permeability. The results show that lightweight concrete with the best composition variation variation of the ratio of pumice gravel is 100: 0, 80: 20, 60: 40, 40: 60, 20: 80, and 0: 100 (in% volume), and occurs in the mixture is 80% (volume) of gravel and 40% (volume) of pumice, the amount of cement in the conditions and equipment (562.5 cm3) and treatment time for 28 days. In these compositions, the resulting lightweight concrete has the following characteristics: density 1.856 gr/cm3, 2.17% water absorption, compressive strength15.0 MPa and the permeability of -0.21.
     
    Telah dilakukan pembuatan beton yang dibuat dari semen, pasir, kerikil , batu apung, Sikament-NN dan Sika Fume. Dengan variasi rasio batu apung terhadap kerikil adalah 100 : 0, 80 : 20, 60 : 40, 40 : 60, 20 : 80, dan 0 : 100 (dalam % volume), dan waktu perawatan: 7, 21 dan 28 hari. Parameter pengujian yang dilakukan meliputi: densitas, absorbsi, kuat tekan, dan permeabilitas. Dari hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa beton ringan dengan variasi komposisi terbaik terjadi mulai dari campuran 60 % (volume) kerikil dan 40 % (volume) batu apung, jumlah semen pada kondisi tetap (562,5 cm3) dan waktu perawatan selama 28 hari. Pada komposisi tersebut, beton ringan yang dihasilkan memiliki karakteristik: densitas 1.856 gr/cm3, penyerapan air 2,17 %, kuat tekan 15,0 Mpa dan permeabilitas -0,21.
