dc.description.abstract | An approach is needed to represent the fuzzy condition in making an objective
decision by considering some fuzzy alternatives and criteria. In this research,
FMCDM and axiomatic design are used to measure how the alternatives could
fulfill the expecting functional requirements of every criteria. Axiomatic Design
method is usually implemented in selecting alternatives. In this research author is
implemented axiomatic design is implemented in FMCDM to measure the
performance of a teacher and how every alternative could fulfill the functional
requirement of some given criteria in order to get an objective supporting

dc.description.abstract | Untuk menghasilkan keputusan yang objektif dengan mempertimbangkan
beberapa alternatif dan kriteria yang bersifat fuzzy dibutuhkan suatu pendekatan
untuk merepresentasikan keadaan fuzzy tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini FMCDM
dengan axiomatic design digunakan untuk mengukur sejauh mana alternatif dapat
memenuhi kebutuhan fungsional yang diharapkan pada setiap kriterianya. Metode
axiomatic design selama ini banyak diimplementasikan dalam menyeleksi
alternatif. Pada penelitian ini penulis mengimplementasikan axiomatic design
pada FMCDM dalam mengukur kinerja guru untuk melihat dan mengukur sejauh
mana setiap alternatif dapat memenuhi functional requirements dari banyak
kriteria yang diberikan sehingga didapatkan suatu pendukung keputusan yang
