    Analisis Penerapan Model Inferensi Fuzzy Tsukamoto dalam Penilaian Pencapaian Kompetensi Program Studi

    Abstract
    This thesis proposes an evaluation model of study programs for students. The method is used by using Fuzzy Tsukamoto. Because Tsukamoto Method is very flexible and provides better performance and more consistent and mathematically in the handling of uncertainty due to input linguistic variable process gives results better output with the output results using other classic mathematical models. The assessment of competence achievement is based on several criteria: Lecturer, Officer, Infrastructure and Curriculum. The final value of defuzzification will be analyzed for accuracy by using a analysis of variance method, so we get the level of accuracy of the application Tsukamoto Fuzzy Inference for the assessment of competence achievement that support the process of improving the accreditation of study programs.
     
    Tesis ini mengusulkan sebuah model evaluasi pelayanan program studi kepada mahasiswa. Metode yang dipakai dengan menggunakan Fuzzy Tsukamoto. Hal ini dikarenakan Metode Tsukamoto sangat fleksibel dan memberikan kinerja yang lebih baik dan lebih konsisten dan lebih matematis dalam penanganan ketidakpastian dikarenakan input proses variabel linguistik memberikan hasil output yang lebih baik dengan hasil output yang menggunakan model matematika klasik lainnya. Penilaian pencapaian kompetensi didasarkan pada beberapa kriteria yaitu Dosen, Pegawai, Sarana Prasarana serta Kurikulum. Nilai akhir dari defuzzifikasi nantinya akan dianalisa keakuratannya dengan menggunakan Metode Analisa Variansi, sehingga didapatkan tingkat keakuratan dari penerapan Fuzzy Inferensi Tsukamoto terhadap penilaian pencapaian kompetensi yang mendukung proses peningkatan akreditasi terhadap program studi.
