    Abstract
    Abstract: Lead-free halide perovskites have pulled in intrigued within the photovoltaic industry out of concern for the poisonous nature of lead. Antimony-based perovskite, methylammonium antimony trichloride (MASbCl3), is one such material proposed to substitute the lead-based perovskites, because it encompasses a tall assimilation coefficient, about coordinate bandgap, and moo effective mass. A clear clarification of the solidness of this material will result in an effective utilize in photovoltaic. Here we have studied degradation by the influence of light, and the associated temperature. We saw degradation with the bandgap parameters using UV-Vis Spectrophotometers. The resulting bandgap is 2.17 eV - 2.94 eV. Polymer overstable at the addition of 1 ml of solvent compared to 0.8 ml and 0.5 ml. Dimmer shape corrupted in 40 days in spite of the fact that generally more steady than the built up organic-inorganic halide perovskite. We found that light and temperature matter. Also, the XRD results showed that the hexagonal structure was confirmed by SEM with 500 nm dimater grains - greater than 1000 nm said to be good in the observed area.
     
    Abstrak: Perovskit halida bebas timbal telah menarik minat dalam industri fotovoltaik karena perhatian terhadap sifat beracun dari timbal. Perovskit berbasis antimon, methylammonium antimony trichloride (MASbCl3), adalah salah satu bahan yang diusulkan untuk menggantikan perovskit berbasis timbal, karena mencakup koefisien asimilasi yang tinggi, tentang celah pita koordinat, dan massa efektif. Penjelasan yang jelas tentang kekokohan bahan ini akan menghasilkan penggunaan yang efektif di fotovoltaik. Di sini kami telah mempelajari degradasi oleh pengaruh cahaya, dan suhu terkait. Kami melihat degradasi dengan parameter celah pita menggunakan Spektrofotometer UV-Vis. Bandgap yang dihasilkan adalah 2.17 eV - 2.94 eV. Polymer overstable dengan penambahan 1 ml pelarut dibandingkan dengan 0,8 ml dan 0,5 ml. Bentuk redup rusak dalam 40 hari meskipun biasanya lebih stabil daripada perovskit halida organik-anorganik yang dibangun. Kami menemukan bahwa cahaya dan suhu itu penting. Selain itu, hasil dari XRD menunjukkan struktur yang membentuk hexagonal dikonfirmasi oleh SEM dengan butiran dimater 500 nm – lebih besar dari 1000 nm dikatakanbaik didaerah pengamatan.
