dc.description.abstract | Background: Atherosclerosis is the process causes occlusion and embolism on
vascular wall on ischemic stroke. Treatment with antiplatelet can reduce
atherosclerosis level and, therefore improve outcomes of ischemic stroke.
Objective: This study was performed to determine the difference effect three
regiment of antiplatelet (aspirin, cilostazol and clopidogrel) and its impact to
the outcome of ischemic stroke patients.
Methods : Randomized, control-group, pretest-postest design was used in this
study. The subjects was divided into 3 groups, the first was given aspirin 100
mg, the second was given cilostazol 100 mg and the third was given
clopidogrel 75 mg. which of 15 patients for each group. . Outcome was
measured by NIHSS ( ≤ 5 = mild ; 6 -13 = moderate ; > 13 severe ) and mRS
(1-2 = good ; 3-6 = poor).
Results: From the 45 samples obtained, 15(50%) got aspirin, 15(50%) got
cilostazol and 15(50%) got clopidogrel. Aspirin 100 mg improves outcome
NIHSS score was significantly (p=0,0001) and mRS score was significantly
(p=0,005). Cilostazol 100 mg improves outcome NIHSS score was significantly
(p=0,002) and mRS score was significantly (p=0,008). Clopidogrel 75 mg
improves outcome NIHSS score was significantly (p=0,001) and mRS score
was significantly (p=0,001). With placebo not improves outcome NIHSS score
(p=0,028) and mRS score (p=0,036).
Conclusions: This study suggested that aspirin, cilostazol and clopidogrel
improved functional outcome with improved functional outcome more
significant with aspirin following with clopidogrel and cilostazol. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Latar Belakang: Atherosklerosis merupakan suatu proses yang menyebabkan
terjadinya oklusi dan emboli pada pembuluh darah pada stroke iskemik. .
Pemberian antiplatelet dapat mengurangi proses atherosklerosis sehingga
akan menghasilkan perbaikan outcome fungsional pada penderita stroke
iskemik.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan efek tiga regimen
antiplatelet (aspirin, cilostazol dan clopidogrel) serta plasebo terhadap
outcome fungsional pada pasien stroke iskemik
Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan
randomized control-group pretest-post test design. Terdiri dari 3 kelompok,
yang pertama diberikan aspirin 100 mg, yang kedua diberikan cilostazol 100
mg dan clopidogrel 75 mg pada kelompok ketiga, dengan 15 pasien setiap
kelompoknya. Outcome diukur dengan NIHSS ( ≤ 5 = ringan ; 6-13 = sedang
; > 13 = berat ) dan mRS ( 1-2 = berat; 3-6 = buruk ) pada hari 1 dan hari ke 30.
Hasil : Dari 45 sampel yang diperoleh, 15 (50%) mendapatkan aspirin, 15 (50%)
mendapat cilostazol dan 15 (50%) mendapat clopidogrel. Pemberian aspirin
100 mg menunjukkan perubahan signifikan nilai skor NIHSS (p=0,0001) dan
skor mRS (p=0,005). Sedangkan pemberian cilostazol 100 mg menunjukkan
perubahan signifikan nilai skor NIHSS (p=0,002) dan nilai skor mRS
(p=0,008). Pada pemberian clopidogrel 75 mg menunjukkan perubahan
signifikan nilai skor NIHSS (p=0,001) dan nilai skor mRS (p=0,001).
Sedangkan pemberian plasebo tidak menunjukkan perubahan signifikan nilai
skor NIHSS (p=0,028) dan nilai skor mRS (p=0,036).
Kesimpulan: Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa aspirin, cilostazol dan
clopidogrel dapat memperbaiki outcome fungsional dengan perubahan
outcome lebih bermakna pada aspirin diikuti dengan clopidogrel dan cilostazol. | en_US |
