    Analisis Kinerja Fuzzy AHP dalam Perangkingan

    Abstract
    Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) can solve complex multicriteria problems into a hierarchy. hierarchy is defined as a representation of a complex problem in a multi-level structure where the first level is the goal, followed by the factor level, criteria, sub criteria, and so on down to the last level of the alternative (Saaty, 2008). Selection of employees achievement aims to provide encouragement, dedication, loyalty, professionalism and high motivation to employee performance. In this research, Hierarchical Process Analysis Method is used to search the ranking weight, then used Fuzzy AHP method as a comparison, then tested to get employee performance accuration. Fuzzy AHP is a combination of Hierarchical Process Analysis method with fuzzy concept approach. Fuzzy AHP covers the existing weaknesses in Hierarchical Process Analysis, problems with criteria that have more subjective properties. Final conclusions Fuzzy AHP still get more value than using Hierarchy Analysis Process. The percentage of weight gain is 21%, 8%, 9%, 11%, 14%, 7%, 17%, 15%, 10%, and 14% respectively. The difference of the results obtained is due to the weight difference of each criterion value that exists. Furthermore, the calculation of accuration, test results show Fuzzy AHP method gets accuracy of 72%.
     
    Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dapat menyelesaikan masalah multikriteria yang kompleks menjadi suatu hirarki. hirarki didefinisikan sebagai suatu representasi dari sebuah permasalahan yang kompleks dalam suatu struktur multi level dimana level pertama adalah tujuan, yang diikuti level faktor, kriteria, sub kriteria, dan seterusnya ke bawah hingga level terakhir dari alternatif (Saaty,2008). Pemilihan karyawan berprestasi bertujuan untuk memberikan dorongan, dedikasi, loyalitas, profesionalisme serta motivasi tinggi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini, Metode Analisis Hirarki Process digunakan untuk mencari bobot perangkingan, selanjutnya digunakan metode Fuzzy AHP sebagai pembanding, kemudian dilakukan pengujian untuk mendapatkan akurasi kinerja karyawan. Fuzzy AHP merupakan gabungan metode Analisis Hirarki Process dengan pendekatan konsep fuzzy. Fuzzy AHP menutupi kelemahan yang ada pada Analisis Hirarki Process, yaitu permasalahan terhadap kriteria yang memiliki sifat subjektif lebih banyak. Kesimpulan akhir Fuzzy AHP tetap mendapatkan nilai lebih banyak dibandingkan menggunakan Analisis Hirarki Process. Persentasi kenaikan bobot yang diperoleh yaitu 21%, 8%, 9%, 11%, 14%, 7%, 17%, 15%, 10%, dan 14%. Perbedaan hasil yang didapat ini dikarenakan perbedaan bobot dari setiap nilai kriteria yang ada. Selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan akurasi, Hasil pengujian menunjukkan metode Fuzzy AHP mendapatkan akurasi sebesar 72 %.
