    Keanekaragaman Jenis Tumbuhan Air Makrofita di Danau Toba Kecamatan Onan Runggu Kabupaten Samosir

    Abstract
    The research of the diversity of aquatic plants macrophyte area of Onan Runggu sub-regency Samosir district was carried out in March 2021 - May 2021 with the aim was to analyze the diversity of aquatic plant, to analyze the potential of aquatic plant as weeds of the waters Lake Toba and to analyze relationship between the diversity of aquatic plant with all physic-chemical factor of the waters Lake Toba. The research method use was purposive sampling stations based on the activities around the station. Data that analyzed such us percent covers of aquatic plant, dominance index and diversity index including physical chemical parameters. The seven aquatic plant found werw classified into the seven genera in waters Lake Toba Onan Runggu Sub- regency Potamogeton, Vallisneria, Eichornia, Myriophyllum, Hydrilla, Limnocharis, Ludwidgia.The plant aquatic with the highest population at station 1 (ship port) at station 2 (washing area), at station 3 (natural area) is species Vallisneria gigantea. The plant farming stasion with the highest population is plant Eichornia crassipes amounting. The highest diversity index was obtained at station 1 with a value of 0.897 and lowest at station 3 with a value of 0.0121. The correlation value between the aquatic plant diversity index and the physical-chemical factor of the waters was very strong and stron namely the light intensity, light penetration, dissolved oxygen (DO).
     
    Penelitian mengenai keanekaragaman jenis tumbuhan air makrofita di Danau Toba Kecamatan Onan Runggu Kabupaten Samosir telah dilaksanakan pada Maret 2021 - Mei 2021 dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis keanekaragaman tumbuhan air dan untuk menganalisis potensi tumbuhan air menjadi gulma di perairan Danau Toba serta untuk menganalisis hubungan keanekaragaman tumbuhan air dengan fisik - kimia perairan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dengan menentukan empat stasiun penelitian dengan pengambilan sampel berdasarkan aktivitas di sekitar stasiun tersebut. Analisis data meliputi persen luas tutupan jenis, indeks dominansi dan indeks keanekaragaman. Parameter fisik kimia perairan yang diukur meliputi suhu, intensitas cahaya, penetrasi cahaya, pH, oksigen terlarut, BOD5, NO3, PO4, dan kejenuhan oksigen. Terdapat tujuh jenis tumbuhan air yang diklasifikasikan dalam tujuh genus diantaranya Potamogeton, Vallisneria, Eichornia, Myriophyllum, Hydrilla, Limnocharis, Ludwidgia. Populasi tertinggi pada stasiun 1 (daerah pelabuhan), stasiun 2 (daerah mencuci), stasiun 3 (daerah alami) adalah spesies Vallisneria gigantea, sedangkan pada stasiun 4 (daerah pertanian) jumlah populasi tertinggi yaitu spesies Eichornia crassipes. Indeks keanekaragaman tertinggi diperoleh di stasiun 1 (daerah pelabuhan) dengan nilai indeks keanekaragaman 0,897 dan terendah dengan nilai indeks keanekaragaman 0,0121. Nilai korelasi antara indeks keanekaragaman tumbuhan air dan faktor fisik kimia perairan sangat kuat dan kuat yaitu pada intensitas cahaya penetrasi cahaya, dan disolved oxygen (DO).
