Model Pemilihan Dengan Menggunakan Metode Profile Matching dan AHP

Abstract

This research is used to solve problems in determining ranking in the election. In the manufacture of this model is the use of a questionnaire given to teachers - teachers in Methodist schools -1 field. Therefore, the authors use the Profile Matching method and AHP method in resolving the issue. The criteria used in this study is the leadership, responsibility, intellectual, and discipline. Profile Matching method used to see the gap between the criteria of each - each candidate profiles and positions criteria. AHP is the last stage in the election results. Based on this research can be concluded from consistensi value ratio. Where a candidate has a value consistensi ratio 0.09, candidate B has a value of 0.03 and the ratio of candidate consistensi C consistensi ratio has a value of 0.03. so it can be concluded consistensi candidate A is a ratio of 0.09 and a value worthy of being principal.

Penelitian ini digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah di dalam menentukan rangking di dalam pemilihan. Dalam pembuatan model ini adalah menggunakan angket yang diberikan kepada guru – guru di sekolah Methodist -1 Medan. Oleh karena itu penulis menggunakan Metode Profile Matching dan Metode AHP di dalam menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Adapun kriteria yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan, tanggung jawab, intelektual, dan disiplin. Metode Profile Matching digunakan untuk melihat kesenjangan antara kriteria dari masing – masing calon dan kriteria profil jabatan. Metode AHP merupakan tahap hasil terakhir di dalam pemilihan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan dari nilai consistensi ratio. Dimana calon A memiliki nilai consistensi ratio 0.09, calon B memiliki nilai consistensi ratio 0.03 dan calon C memiliki nilai consistensi ratio 0.03. jadi dapat diambil kesimpulan calon A merupakan nilai consistensi ratio 0.09 dan layak menjadi kepala sekolah.
