    Mengukur Tingkat Kepuasan Belanja di E-Commerce Menggunakan Multilayer Perceptron

    Abstract
    Information technology development produces a variety of new technologi that provide convenience for the community. One of those kind is online shopping. There are various forms of online shopping where one of them is E-commerce. Also, there are so many type and product in E-Commerce. User's review which is contain an opinion about any product has a very important role to determine an E-Commerce rating. Buyer candidate will search and read the quality of product, the rating of the product, and the responsiveness of customer service through comment field of an E-commerce. However, due to the large number of reviews provided, makes it difficult for customers to conclude the quality of the product and also the responsiveness customer service of an E-commerce. By using this method, the accuracy is 76%. This approach is hopefully yo be very helpful to the buyer candidate.
     
    Perkembangan teknologi informasi menghasilkan berbagai teknologi – teknologi baru yang memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat. Salah satu perkembangan teknologi yang dimaksud yaitu berbelanja secara online. Terdapat berbagai bentuk belanja online dimana salah satunya adalah E-commerce, ada berbagai macam E-commerce dan berbagai macam produk didalam sebuah E-commerce. Ulasan yang berisi opini dalam kolom review di sebuah E-commerce memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan E-commerce tersebut, dalam memberikan kepuasan belanja bagi pelanggan. Karena calon pelanggan baru akan akan melihat dan mencari informasi tentang kualitas produk yang akan dibelinya melalui kolom review yang berisi ulasan, rating produk pelanggan sebelumnya dan mengambil kesimpulan tentang tentang kualitas produk dan baik buruknya pelayanan di Ecommerce tersebut. Akan tetapi dikarenakan banyaknya ulasan yang diberikan, mengakibatkan kesulitan bagi para pelanggan dalam menyimpulkan kualitas produk dan juga baik buruknya pelayanan sebuah E-commerce. Dengan menggunakan metode ini, akurasi yang di dapat adalah ialah 76%. Pendekatan ini diharapkan akan sangat membantu calon pembeli.
