dc.description.abstract | Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang studi menentukan kemurnian minyak atsiri berdasarkan spektrum fluoresensi. Dengan sampel minyak zaitun dengan variasi % kerosin (0% kerosin, 5 % kerosin, 10 % kerosin, 15% kerosin, 20% kerosin, 25 % kerosin, 30% kerosin, 35% kerosin, 40% kerosin ), didapat koefisien Regresi R=0.977, menandakan bahwa hubungan antara % ketidakmurnian dengan intensitas linier. Berdasarkan ini maka dapat ditentukan bahwa sampel murni atau tidak, selain itu % ketidakmurnian dapat ditentukan. Penambahan % kerosin terjadi pergeseran panjang gelombang, sehingga ini bersesuai dengan teori, bahwa warna fluoresensi pada sampel murni berbeda dengan sampel tidak murni. dc.description.abstract | A research on the study determine the purity of essential oils based on the fluorescence spectrum . With a sample of olive oil with kerosene variation % ( 0 % kerosene , 5 % kerosene , 10 % kerosene , 15 % kerosene , 20 % kerosene , 25 % kerosene , 30 % kerosene , 35 % kerosene , 40 % kerosene ) , obtained regression coefficient R = 0977 , indicating that the relationship between % impurities with a linear intensity . On this basis it can be determined that the sample is pure or not , besides % impurities can be determined . Addition % kerosene wavelength shift , so this bersesuai with the theory , that the color of fluorescence at different sample with a sample of pure impure .
