Pengaruh Koordinasi terhadap Efektivitas Kerja di Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Coordination is very important to do, in a good cooperation organization in the mechanism of action is highly dependent on the reciprocal relationship between the leadership with the staff and fellow employees. If the leaders in the North Sumatra Provincial Parliament Secretariat to conduct an internal coordination with both the effectiveness of the employee will be achieved. More details, leaders who coordinate with the good will have a major effect in increasing the effectiveness of employee activity that will support the achievement of organizational goals. Through coordination (in this case the internal coordination), the entire organization's activities in North Sumatra Province Parliament Secretariat can be arranged, organized and supervised activities for each individual within the existing organizational structure, good range of sub-section is achieved in an optimal form of the overall work effectiveness. With this background, it conducted a study with the theme Influence On The Effectiveness of Work Coordination in the North Sumatra Provincial Parliament Secretariat. Kind research used is descriptive research that aims to collect information on general duties and responsibilities of employees, specialized activities required, the involvement and function of members of the organization, working conditions and facilities. While the types of variables used is independent, ie, trying to describe and connect the components of concepts related to the implementation of coordination and effectiveness of work without testing the hypotheses. The study shows that coordination has worked well enough at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council of North Sumatra Province. With good coordination is an attempt to work toward harmony between members of organizations in the North Sumatra Provincial DPRD Secretariat avoid confusion, overlap. This means that work can be conducted effectively and efficiently. With the results of research of variable coordination 53.4%, the more proves that coordination at the Secretariat of the North Sumatra Provincial DPRD well categorized and effectiveness of Parliament Secretariat employees tend to either North Sumatra Province.

Koordinasi sangat penting dilakukan, dalam suatu organisasi kerjasama yang baik dalam mekanisme kerja sangat tergantung pada hubungan timbal balik antar pimpinan dengan para staf maupun sesama pegawai. Apabila pimpinan di Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Utara dapat melaksanakan koordinasi internal dengan baik maka efektivitas kerja pegawai akan tercapai. Lebih jelasnya pimpinan yang melakukan koordinasi dengan baik akan mempunyai pengaruh yang besar dalam peningkatan efektivitas kerja pegawai sehingga akan menunjang tercapainya tujuan organisasi. Melalui koordinasi (dalam hal ini koordinasi internal), seluruh kegiatan organisasi Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Utara dapat diatur, diselenggarakan dan dibina agar kegiatan tiap individu dalam struktur organisasi yang ada, baik jajaran sub bagian tercapai secara optimal berupa efektivitas kerja secara keseluruhan. Dengan latar belakang tersebut, maka dilakukan sebuah penelitian dengan tema Pengaruh Koordinasi Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja di Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan informasi mengenai tugas-tugas umum dan tanggung jawab para karyawan, aktivitas khusus yang dibutuhkan, keterlibatan dan fungsi anggota organisasi, kondisi kerja dan fasilitas. Sedangkan jenis variabel yang digunakan bersifat mandiri, yakni berusaha menggambarkan dan menghubungkan komponenkomponen konsep yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan koordinasi dan efektifitas kerja tanpa menguji hipotesa-hipotesa. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa Koordinasi telah cukup berjalan dengan baik di Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Dengan koordinasi yang baik ini suatu usaha ke arah keselarasan kerja antara anggota organisasi di Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Utara tidak terjadi kesimpangsiuran, tumpangtindih. Hal ini berarti pekerjaan dapat dilaksanakan secara efektif dan efisien. Dengan hasil penelitian dari variable koordinasi sebesar 53,4%, makin membuktikan bahwa koordinasi di Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Utara dikategorikan baik dan efektivitas kerja pegawai Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Utara cenderung baik.
