    Kandungan Logam Kadmium (Cd), Timbal (Pb) dan Merkuri (Hg) pada Air dan Komunitas Ikan di Daerah Aliran Sungai Percut

    Abstract
    Research about "The Metal Content of Cadmium (Cd), Lead (Pb) and Mercury (Hg) in Water and Fish Communities in Watershed Percut". It has been done in March-April 2014 aims to determine the metal content of cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb) and mercury (Hg) in water and fish tissue in the body Percut watershed. The method used in determining the location of sampling for fish sampling is "Purposive Random Sampling" in 6 (six) observation stations. Metal analysis Cd, Pb and Hg in water and fish tissue was conducted using ICP plasma spectrometer, and MVU Flame AAS (Atomic Absorption spectrophotometric). Measured physical parameters of water chemistry include water temperature, water pH, flow velocity, DO, BOD5, COD. The results showed 4 types of fish include tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus), a fish broom glass (Liposarcus pardalis), mullets (Valamugil Engeli), baung fish (Mystus gulio). Metals Cd, Pb and Hg are located in the watershed of the river water Percut not exceed the quality standard based on the PP. 82, 2001. Metals Cd, Pb and Hg that accumulates in fish body has not exceeded the quality standard according to SNI/7387/2009.
     
    Penelitian mengenai “Kandungan Logam Kadmium (Cd), Timbal (Pb) dan Merkuri (Hg) pada Air dan Komunitas Ikan di Daerah Aliran Sungai Percut”. Telah dilakukan pada bulan Maret-April 2014 bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan logam kadmium (Cd), timbal (Pb) dan Merkuri (Hg) pada air dan jaringan tubuh ikan di daerah aliran sungai percut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penentuan lokasi sampling untuk pengambilan sampel ikan adalah “Purposive Random Sampling” pada 6 (enam) stasiun pengamatan. Dilakukan analisis logam Cd, Pb dan Hg pada air dan jaringan ikan dilakukan dengan metode spectrometer ICP Plasma, Flame dan MVU AAS (Spektrofotometrik Serapan Atom). Dilakukan pengukuran parameter fisik kimia perairan meliputi suhu air, pH air, kecepatan arus, DO, BOD5, COD. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 4 jenis ikan antara lain ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus), ikan sapu kaca (Liposarcus pardalis), ikan belanak (Valamugil engeli), ikan baung (Mystus gulio). Logam Cd, Pb dan Hg yang berada pada air sungai DAS Percut belum melebihi batas baku mutu berdasarkan PP No. 82 Tahun 2001. Logam Cd, Pb dan Hg yang terakumulasi pada tubuh ikan belum melebihi batas baku mutu menurut SNI/7387/2009.
