Background: Nasal polyps are medical and social problems because it can affect
the quality of life for people either education, occupation, daily activities and
discomfort. The prevalence of patients with nasal polyps have not known for sure
because only a few reports of the results of epidemiological studies. In Indonesia,
Dr. Sutomo Surabaya Hospital reported patients with nasal polyps were 4.63% of
all visitors that came to the ENT clinic. The ratio of male and female 2-4:1. In H.
