    Analisis Kesesuaian Antara Single Tuned Filter terhadap Filter Orde Tiga dalam Proses Minimalisasi Harmonisa pada Transformator 160 kVA di Gedung Rektorat – Puskom Universitas Malikussaleh Lhokseumawe

    Abstract
    Generally non linier load is an electronic device that consist of many semiconductor component such as switching power suppliers, UPS, computer, printer, LHE, DC drive, AC drive, battery charger, ect. The using of non linier load would be generate harmonics frequence that happen on transformer 160 kVA in Rectorat building-Puskom Malikussaleh University Lhokseumawe. In the first measurement THDI was detected 20, 7%. This case shows that THDI held in above IEEE 519-1992 standart. Terefore, a filter was needed to minimize the effect of harmonics. The result of modeling two passive filters were single tuned filter and the third order filter that produced THDI became 2,73% and 9,4%. Based on the simulation both of two passive filters shows that the single tuned filter was very acceptable in Rectorat building-Puskom Malikussaleh University.
     
    Beban non linier umumnya merupakan peralatan elektronik yang di dalamnya banyak mengandung komponen semikonduktor seperti Switching Power Supplies, UPS, computer, printer, LHE, DC drive, AC drive, battery charger dan lain sebagainya. Banyaknya penggunaan beban non linier akan menghasilkan harmonisa seperti yang terjadi pada transformator 160 kVA di gedung Rektorat – Puskom Universitas Malikussaleh Lhokseumawe. Pada pengukuran awal THDI yang terdeteksi adalah 20,7%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa THDI di atas standar yang diizinkan oleh IEEE 519 -1992. Oleh karena itu diperlukan filter dalam meminimalisasi harmonisa yang timbul. Hasil pemodelan dua buah filter pasif yaitu single tuned filter dan filter orde tiga, menghasilkan THDI menjadi 2,73% dan 9,40%. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi model dua buah filter pasif tersebut yang paling sesuain dipakai adalah single tuned filter untuk gedung Rektorat - Puskom Universitas Malikussaleh.
