    Target dan Realisasi Penerimaan Pajak Reklame pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kota Medan

    Abstract
    Advertising tax in Medan City is one type of local tax whose revenue potential is quite large when viewed from the target. But in fact, when viewed from the advertisement tax revenue in Medan City, the revenue is relatively low and far from the target that has been set. This study aims to determine the target and realization of advertisement tax revenue in the city of Medan, the inhibiting factors of not achieving the advertising tax target in the city of Medan and the efforts made in increasing the revenue of advertisements in the city of Medan. The research method used by the author uses is descriptive research with a qualitatif approach, taking the form of data and conducting interviews with the advertising technical staff at the investment office and one-stop integrated service in Medan. From the results of research data that has been obtained, that advertising tax revenue from 2016-2020 has not reached the set target. This can be seen from the percentage of advertisement tax revenue in Medan city of 18.98%, 23.64% 12.83%, 15.77%, 78.48%. This requires the existence of a certain program in an effort to increase advertisement tax revenues in the following year.
     
    Pajak reklame di Kota Medan merupakan salah satu jenis pajak daerah yang potensi penerimaanya cukup besar jika dilihat dari targetnya. Tetapi kenyataanya, jika dilihat dari penerimaan pajak reklame di Kota Medan, penerimaannya tergolong masih rendah dan jauh dari target yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui target dan realisasi penerimaan pajak reklame di Kota Medan, faktor- faktor penghambat tidak tercapainya target pajak reklame di Kota Medan dan upaya yang dilakukan dalam peningkatan penerimaan pajak reklame di Kota Medan. Metode penelitian penulis gunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, berupa pengambilan data dan melakukan wawancara pada staff teknis pajak reklame di dinas penanaman modal dan pelayanan terpadu satu pintu kota medan. Dari hasil data penelitian yang telah diperoleh, bahwa penerimaan pajak reklame dari tahun 2016-2020 belum mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari persentase penerimaan pajak reklame di kota medan 18,98%,23,64%12,83%,15,77%,78,48%. Hal ini perlu adanya suatu program tertentu dalam upaya meningkatkan penerimaan pajak reklame di tahun selanjutnya.
