    Abstract
    The growth of industry can not be avoided by the quality of human resources. Human resources is the main factor which can give many benefit to a company. Employees have roles as a planner, executor and controller. Satisfaction of employees will give more contribution to the company especially for the company which operate 24 hours. In this thesis, designing schedules uses Integer Linear Programming method. to gain the satisfaction of employees, the obedience of the company to conduct the indonesians law about the workers. This thesis describes a robust consensus problem of a multi-agent system represented by a communication graph. The uncertainty of each agent is modeled as a norm bounded uncertainty. A necessary and sufficient condition for achieving a robust consensus characterized by eigenvalues of the Laplacian of the communication graph. In this case, the nominal value of the transfer function given by all agents is positive real, it turns the robust consensus condition depends only on the largest eigenvalue.
     
    Kemajuan organisasi dan industri yang pesat dalam era globalisasi saat ini tidak lepas dari pentingnya unsur sumber daya manusia pada perusahaan. Karena sumber daya manusia adalah salah satu faktor pelaku yang sangat menentukan suatu perusahaan. Dalam hal ini, karyawan atau personil menjadi perencana, pelaksana dan pengendali yang selalu berperan aktif dalam mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan. Kepuasaan kerja personil akan berdampak kepada kualitas layanan yang diberikan personil terhadap perusahaan. Terlebih bagi perusahaan yang beroperasi selama 24 jam, tentunya diperlukan penjadwalan yang baik. Dalam tesis ini penjadwalan personil menggunakan metode integer linear programming dengan tujuan memaksimalkan kepuasan kerja personil serta memenuhi batasan perusahaan dan Undang- Undang ketenagakerjaan sehingga menghasilkan penjadwalan yang optimal.
