    Abstract
    Online transactions have become a part of life and loved by many people in different parts of the world. There are so many kind of product offered by any company and makes people interested to buy them. One of those kind is the smartphone accessories. So many reviews about smartphone accessories. As a result, prospective buyer will get confused to choose the appropriate one. In addition, the irregularities of buyer comments is not helpful for the company who launched the product to find out which features are superior, and which features still have weaknesses. Therefore, an approach which is able to analyzing buyer’s sentiment and determine the orientation of each feature in a product is so necessary. In this research, the method to analyzing buyer’s sentiment is POS Tagging and using a library called Word Orientation Lexicon. The output of this research is a product tables and diagram which are containing feature information along with its orientation. By using this method, the accuracy is 93,07%. This approach is hopefully to be very helpful to the company in developing their products.
     
    Transaksi online sudah menjadi bagian hidup dan digemari oleh banyak orang diberbagai belahan dunia. Ada berbagai macam produk yang ditawarkan dan membuat banyak orang tertarik untuk membelinya. Salah satunya yaitu aksesoris untuk telepon seluler. Review tentang suatu produk aksesoris sangatlah banyak. Hal ini membuat calon pembeli bingung dalam memilih aksesoris yang tepat. Selain itu, dengan ketidakteraturan pembeli dalam berkomentar membuat pihak perusahaan yang mengeluarkan produk tersebut tidak dapat melihat dengan jelas fitur mana yang lebih unggul, serta fitur mana yang masih memiliki kelemahan. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan sebuah pendekatan yang dapat menganalisis sentimen setiap pembeli dan menentukan orientasi setiap fitur dalam suatu produk. Pada penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan POS Tagging dan berbasis library Word Orientation Lexicon. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sebuah tabel produk berisi informasi fitur berserta orientasinya. Dengan menggunakan metode ini, akurasi yang didapat ialah 93,07%. Pendekatan ini diharapkan akan sangat membantu pihak perusahaan dalam mengembangkan produk mereka.
