PNPM Urban Mandiri in the Sub District Medan City was held in 12 (twelve) village and includes the 274 SHGs (Self-Help Groups) as a realization of efforts to improve public welfare through the revolving fund program to increase public revenue.
The purpose of this study to analyze the activity of the revolving fund program PNPM Urban Mandiri was held in Sub District Medan city and analyze the impact of a revolving fund program PNPM Urban Mandiri Urban for public welfare in Sub District Medan City. Sample of respondents drawn as many as 100 people from 12 village located in the city of Medan District obtained a revolving loan fund
The results suggest the implementation of PNPM Urban Mandiri in the Sub District Medan city that has been done on the implementation of Operational Responsibility (PJOK) went pretty well, this is due to the implementation of the activities run in accordance with the procedures, such as the implementation of Community Readiness Rembug (RKM), Focus Group Discussions (DKT ) or the Focus Group Discussion (FGD), Mapping the Self, the Medium Term Plan for Poverty Reduction Program (PJM Pronangkis) and Disbursement Mechanisms and Use of Assistance. Also in implementation of a revolving fund program PNPM Urban Mandiri can also be seen from the level of community participation in implementation of the program follows the process of PNPM Uirban Mandiri revolving fund, in which public participation in planning revolving fund program PNPM Urban Mandiri show at the level that is 63.00% have been involved, and public participation in the implementation of PNPM Urban Mandiri program revolving fund show at the level that is 52.00% have been involved. Revolving fund program PNPM Urban Mandiri a positive impact on people's income, this is due to the Sub District Medan City revenues increased after the introduction of a revolving fund program PNPM Urban Mandiri. However, average incomes per capita income is still below the Sub District Medan City.
