    Pengaruh Pemberian Iba (Indole Butyric Acid) dan Pupuk Daun Terhadap Pertumbuhan Stek Tanaman Puguntano (Picria fel-terrae Lour.)

    Abstract
    This study aimed to determine the optimum concentration of IBA (Indole Butyric Acid) and foliar fertilizer to improve the growth of puguntano. The study was conducted from June 2020 to August 2020 at nursery room, Regional Technical Implementation Unit for Horticulture Seeds, Johor Building, Department of Agriculture and Horticulture Crops, Medan, North Sumatera. Research design used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with seven treatments using IBA concentration (ppm) and Bayfolan (mL/L) with concentration A0 = Control, A1 = IBA 40 ppm, A2 = IBA 80 ppm, A3 = IBA 120 ppm, A4 = 1 ml/L, A5 = Bayfolan 2 ml/L, A6 = Bayfolan 3 ml/L. The results showed that concentration of IBA and foliar showed a significant effect on the number of leaves, roots, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll content. Concentration of IBA and foliar fertilizer showed no significant effect on plant height, number of branches, leaf area, root length, root wet weight, root dry weight, crown wet weight and crown dry weight. Foliar fertilizer of 1 ml/L (A4) was the optimum concentration in increasing plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, number of branches, root length, canopy wet weight, canopy dry weight, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll in compared to control treatment
     
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk konsentrasi IBA dan pupuk daun yang terbaik dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman puguntano. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan Juni 2020 sampai bulan Agustus 2020 di ruang pembibitan Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Benih Induk Holtikultura Gedung Johor, Dinas Tanaman Pangan Dan Holtikultura, Medan, Sumatera Utara. Rancangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan tujuh perlakuan yaitu : A0 = Kontrol, A1 = IBA 40 ppm, A2 = IBA 80 ppm, A3 = IBA 120 ppm, A4 = 1 ml/L, A5 = Bayfolan 2 ml/L, A6 = Bayfolan 3 ml/L.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi IBA dan pupuk daun pada tanaman Puguntano (Picria fel-terrae Lour.) menunjukkan pengaruh nyata dari uji ANOVA terhadap jumlah daun, jumlah akar, klorofil a, klorofil b dan klorofil total. Pemberian IBA dan pupuk daun menunjukkan pengaruh yang tidak berbeda nyata dari uji ANOVA terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang, luas daun, panjang akar, berat basah akar, berat kering akar, berat basah tajuk dan berat kering tajuk. Pupuk daun dengan konsentrasi 1 ml/L (A4) adalah yang terbaik dalam meningkatkan variabel pertumbuhan tanaman puguntano yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, jumlah cabang, panjang akar, berat basah tajuk, berat kering tajuk, klorofil a, klorofil b dan klorofil total jika dibandingkan dengan kontrol.
