In this research, this thesis will discuss multimodal analysis where there are visual and verbal, therefore the authors took this study from one of the most well-known health organizations around the world or what we often call "WHO". This thesis will discuss in-depth the delivery of language using images by linking the theory of Kress and Van Leeuwen (2006) as well as visual and verbal which are taken from the point of view of the theory of Cheong (2004). This study aims to see changes in the visual function of the WHO banner itself which is conveyed through objects that are following the objectives themselves. In this study, the authors also used a qualitative descriptive approach where all data were analyzed with the theory of Kress and Van Leeuwen (2006). The results of this study only focus on the safety of the surrounding community, as we see the WHO banner shows how much public health cares and is very ambitious in preventing Covid- 19 today, as well as supporting verbal attributes as an understanding for the observer when viewing the banner. So, we can see that the visual process that occurs on this banner is very important to show a very important goal.en_US
