dc.description.abstract | Governance of Information Technology (IT) is now a concern for the progress of the organization / company. IT performance against service and operational needs are always supervised and monitored on a regular basis so that the whole mechanism goes according to plan, the goals and processes that have been set. In addition, the monitoring and evaluation activities need to be done in improving and developing so that IT can contribute to the maximum in the workplace. Critical success factor (CSF) or critical success factor analysis is a strategy that helps the organization / company achieve its objectives. This study aims to design a decision support models for analysis of information technology governance based on critical success factors (CSF). The first step taken in this study was the deciding factor determining the success of the COBIT 4.1 framework for the organization / company. The data used in this study was obtained through questionnaires and observation. Processing of data and the process of getting weight values, GAP and the level of service satisfaction using SPSS software version 19 and the simple additive weighting method. The results of the study with a value of 84.65% service satisfaction level of decision support models to provide information that the system of governance applied information technology have a positive impact in terms of the interests of customer service and satisfaction. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi (TI) saat ini sudah menjadi perhatian bagi kemajuan organisasi/perusahaan. Kinerja TI terhadap layanan serta operasional perlu selalu diawasi dan dimonitor secara berkala agar seluruh mekanisme berjalan sesuai dengan perencanaan, tujuan serta proses yang telah ditetapkan. Selain itu, kegiatan pengawasan dan evaluasi perlu dilakukan dalam upaya peningkatan dan pengembangan agar TI bisa berkontribusi secara maksimal di lingkungan kerja. Critical success factor (CSF) atau factor penentu kesuksesan merupakan strategi analisa yang membantu organisasi/perusahaan mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang model pendukung keputusan untuk analisa tata kelola teknologi informasi berdasarkan faktor penentu kesuksesan (CSF). Langkah pertama yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ialah menentukan faktor penentu kesuksesan dari framework COBIT 4.1 bagi organisasi / perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan observasi. Pengolahan data dan proses mendapatkan nilai bobot, GAP dan tingkat kepuasan layanan menggunakan software SPSS versi 19 dan metoda simple additive weighting. Hasil penelitian dengan nilai tingkat kepuasan layanan 84,65 % dari model pendukung keputusan memberikan informasi bahwa sistem tata kelola teknologi informasi yang diterapkan mempunyai dampak yang positif dari segi kepentingan pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan. | en_US |
