    Abstract
Cooking oil is a food ingredient that is consumed in all parts of the world. When cooking oil is used repeatedly, at that time the feasibility of cooking oil begins to decrease until it is not suitable for consumption. An electronic nose device has been designed and implemented that can detect the types of cooking oil aromas using MQ-9, TGS 2602 and TGS 2611 sensors. Before the aroma is detected, the tool is first turned on for 20 minutes to see the baseline voltage and then the cooking oil sample is inserted. The data is conducted every 30 seconds for 20 minutes. The average baseline voltages are 0.91 V, 1.03 V, and 0.09 V, respectively. The average output voltages of the bulk cooking oil sample are 1.17 V, 1.33 V, and 1.13 V. The average output voltages of the used cooking oil are 0.68 V, 0.73 V, and 0.20 V. The average output voltages of the simple-packaged cooking oil are 0.83 V, 0.93 V, and 0.49 V, respectively.

Data diambil setiap 30 detik selama 20 menit. Rata-rata tegangan baseline secara berturut-turut adalah 0,91 V, 1,03 V dan 0,09 V. Tegangan keluaran rata-rata pada sampel minyak curah secara berturut-turut adalah 1,17 V, 1,33 V dan 1,13 V. Tegangan keluaran rata-rata pada sampel minyak bekas secara berturut-turut adalah 0,68 V, 0,73 V dan 0,20 V. Tegangan keluaran rata-rata pada sampel minyak kemasan secara berturut-turut adalah 0,83 V, 0,93 V dan 0,49 V .
