    Analisis Beban Kerja Mental dan Faktor Penyebab Stress terhadap Mahasiswa Teknik Industri Universitas Sumatera Utara Selama Perkuliahan Online

    Abstract
    Perkuliahan online menjadi salah satu alternatif dari pemerintah untuk mengurangi penyebaran COVID-19. Perkuliahan online berlaku untuk seluruh perguruan tinggi, tidak terkecuali pada Teknik Industri Universitas Sumatera Utara. Perkuliahan online tentu masih asing dimata mahasiswa karena tidak adanya pelatihan ataupun pemberitahuan tentang bagaimana perkuliahan online tersebut. Banyak dari mahasiswa Teknik Industri mengeluhkan hal tersebut, dimana keluhan tersebut membuat beban kerja mental yang dirasakan mahasiswa tinggi. Pada mahasiswa, didapatkan skor beban kerja mental sebesar 81,05 yang berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, mahasiswa dan asisten mendapatkan skor sebesar 78,01 yang berada pada kategori tinggi, dan mahasiswa dan praktikan mendapatkan skor sebesar 83,05 yang berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Tingginya beban kerja mental yang dialami, membuat mahasiswa menjadi stress. Faktor penyebab stress yang memperngaruhi tentu berbeda-beda, dimana pada mahasiswa disebabkan oleh jaringan internet yang tidak stabil, kemudian pada mahasiswa dan asisten disebabkan oleh tugas yang diberikan terlalu banyak dan sistem pembelajaran tidak berjalan dua arah, dan untuk mahasiswa dan praktikan disebabkan oleh tugas yang diberikan terlalu banyak. Tingginya beban kerja mental dan beragamnya faktor penyebab stress yang dialami mahasiswa dapat menjadi pembelajaran untuk memperbaiki sistem pembelajaran online yang dilakuka oleh Teknik Industri Universitas Sumatera Utara agar beban kerja mental yang dialami menurun dan mahasiswa tidak mengalami stress.
     
    Online lectures are an alternative from the government to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Online lectures apply to all universities, do not operate at the University of North Sumatra Industrial Engineering. Of course, online lectures are still foreign to students because there is no training or notification about how online lectures are. Many Industrial Engineering students complain about this, where these complaints make the mental workload felt by students is high. For students, the mental workload score was 81.05 which was in the very high category, students and assistants got a score of 78.01 which was in the high category, and students and practitioners got a score of 83.05 which was in the very high category. . The high mental workload experienced, makes students become stressed. The factors that influence stress are certainly different, where for students it is caused by an unstable internet network, then for students and assistants it is caused by too many tasks given and the learning system does not work in two directions, and for students and practitioners it is caused by tasks that are too difficult. given too much. The high mental workload and various stress-causing factors experienced by students can be a lesson to improve the online learning system carried out by Industrial Engineering, University of North Sumatra so that the mental workload experienced decreases and students do not experience stress.
