dc.description.abstract | Practical activities are a subsystem of learning carried out in the laboratory
with the aim that students carry out learning in real conditions. In 2015 a fire
occurred at the USU Faculty of Engineering, Civil Engineering Highway
Laboratory because SMK3 had not yet been implemented. In 2013 there was a fire
in the Biology laboratory of the USU Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences.
An accident that occurred at the Quantitative Laboratory of the Faculty of
Pharmacy UI, on April 14, 2016, an explosion occurred at the Chemistry
Laboratory, 2nd floor of the Faculty of Pharmacy UI Depok Building. There were
fires at three universities in Malaysia in 2001 at the Department of Chemistry,
University of Malaysia, in 2002 at the engineering laboratory, Putra Malaysia
University, and in 2005 at the School of Applied Physics, Universitas Kebangsaan
Malaysia, and there are still many work accidents that occur in the laboratory. The
purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between knowledge and
attitude factors in influencing students' perceptions of the application of K3 in
carrying out practical activities in the laboratory. The method used is multiple
linear regression and is supported by statistical tests using SPSS Statistics 22. The
results of this study identify that from the T-test obtained in the pharmacy study
program, faculty of pharmacy and chemistry study program, faculty of Mathematics
and Natural Sciences, each variable, namely the knowledge variable and the
attitude variable, has an effect significantly on students' perceptions of the
application of K3 in the laboratory. Based on the F test, it was obtained at the
pharmacy study program, faculty of pharmacy and chemistry study program,
faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences that the knowledge variable and the
attitude variable simultaneously affected students' perceptions of the application of
K3 in the laboratory. The value of the knowledge variable (P) and the attitude
variable (S) by students of the pharmacy study program at the Faculty of Pharmacy
is 13.4%, which affects students' perceptions of the application of K3 in the
laboratory. And the value of the knowledge variable (P) and attitude (S) of students
of the chemistry study program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, is
34.7%, which affects students' perceptions of the application of K3 in the

dc.description.abstract | Kegiatan praktikum merupakan subsistem dari pembelajaran yang
dilakukan di laboratorium dengan tujuan agar mahasiswa melaksanakan
pembelajaran dengan keadaan nyata. Pada tahun 2015 terjadi kebakaran di Fakultas
Teknik USU Laboratorium Jalan Raya Teknik Sipil dikarenakan belum
diterapkannya SMK3. Pada tahun 2013 terjadi kebakaran di laboratorium Biologi
Fakultas MIPA USU. Terjadi kecelakaan pada Laboratorium Kuantitatif Fakultas
Farmasi UI, pada 14 April 2016 terjadi ledakan di Laboratorium Kimia, lantai 2
Gedung Fakultas Farmasi UI Depok. Terjadi kebakaran di tiga universitas di
Malaysia pada tahun 2001 di Departemen Kimia, Universitas Malaysia, pada tahun
2002 di laboratorium teknik, Universitas Putra Malaysia, dan pada tahun 2005 di
Sekolah Fisika Terapan Universitas Kebangsaan Malaysia, serta masih banyak
kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi pada laboratorium. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis
hubungan faktor pengetahuan dan sikap dalam mempengaruhi persepsi mahasiswa
terhadap penerapan K3 dalam melakukan kegiatan praktikum di laboratorium.
Metode yang digunakan yaitu regresi linear berganda dan didukung dengan uji
statistik menggunakan SPSS Statistics 22. Hasil penelitan ini mengidentifikasi
bahwa dari Uji-T diperoleh pada program studi farmasi fakultas farmasi dan
program studi kimia fakultas MIPA masing-masing variabel yaitu variabel
pengetahuan dan variabel sikap berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap persepsi
mahasiswa mengenai penerapan K3 pada laboratorium. Berdasarkan Uji F
diperoleh pada program studi farmasi fakultas farmasi dan program studi kimia
fakultas MIPA bahwa variabel pengetahuan dan variabel sikap berpengaruh secara
simultan terhadap persepsi mahasiswa mengenai penerapan K3 pada laboratorium.
Besaran nilai variabel pengetahun (P) dan variabel sikap (S) oleh mahasiswa
program studi farmasi fakultas farmasi sebesar 13,4% berpengaruh terhadap
persepsi mahasiswa mengenai penerapan K3 pada Laboratorium. Dan besaran nilai
variabel pengetahun (P) dan sikap (S) mahasiswa program studi kimia fakultas
MIPA sebesar 34,7% berpengaruh terhadap persepsi mahasiswa terhadap
penerapan K3 pada Laboratorium | en_US |
