    Pengaruh Ekstrak Etanol Daun Inai (Lawsonia inermis Linn.) dan Buah Mengkudu (Morinda citrifolia L.) terhadap Mikrostruktur Testis Tikus (Rattus norvegicus) Hiperglikemik

    Abstract
    Penelitian pengaruh ekstrak etanol daun inai (Lawsonia inermis Linn.) dan buah mengkudu (Morinda citrifolia L.) terhadap mikrostruktur testis tikus (Rattus norvegicus) hiperglikemik telah dilakukan pada bulan September sampai bulan Oktober 2020 di laboratorium Animal house USU, laboratorium kimia organik bahan alam FMIPA USU, laboratorium patologi dan anatomi RSUPH Adam Malik Medan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran morfologi dan mikrostruktur testis tikus (Rattus norvegicus) hiperglikemik. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 6 perlakuan dengan 4 ulangan. Kelompok kontrol negatif sebagai kelompok tikus normal, kelompok kontrol positif sebagai kelompok tikus diabetes yang diinjeksi aloksan dengan dosis (150 mg/kg BB), kelompok perlakuan pertama dengan aloksan + obat standart metformin (5 mg/kg BB), perlakuan kedua dengan aloksan + ekstrak etanol daun inai:buah mengkudu 125:800 mg/kg BB, perlakuan ketiga dengan aloksan + ekstrak etanol daun inai:buah mengkudu dengan dosis 125:400 mg/kg BB dan perlakuan keempat dengan aloksan + ekstrak etanol daun inai:buah mengkudu dengan dosis 225:400 mg/kg BB. Setelah diberikan perlakuan selama 14 hari berturut turut tikus dibedah dan diambil organ testis dan dibuat preparat dengan metode paraffin dengan metode Hematoksilin-Eosin (HE). Hasil yang didapatkan ekstrak etanol daun inai (Lawsonia inermis Linn.) dan buah mengkudu (Morinda citrifolia L.) dapat memulihkan sel leydig dan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan dalam memulihkan berat testis, diameter tubulus seminiferus, tebal epitel germinal tubulus seminiferus, jumlah spermatogonium, spermatosit dan spermatid.
     
    The effect leaves ethanolic extract of henna (Lawsonia inermis Linn.) and noni fruit (Morinda citrifolia L.) on the microstructure rat (Rattus norvegicus) hyperglycemic testis was conducted from September to October 2020 at the animal house USU laboratory, organic chemistry laboratory, pathology and anatomy RSUPH Adam Malik Medan laboratory. The purpose of this research was to investigate the morphology and microstructure of hyperglycemic rat (Rattus norvegicus) testis. The method was perfomed using completely randomized design using 6 treatments with 4 replications. The treatments consisted of negative controls as a normal control rat, positive controls as diabetic control rat were injected with alloxan (150 mg/kg BW) but were not given any treatment, the first group with alloxan + metformin strandard (5 mg/kg BW), the second group with alloxan + extract of leave henna:noni fruit (125:800 mg/kg BW), the third group with alloxan + extract of leave henna:noni fruit (125:400 mg/kg BW) the fourth group with alloxan + extract of leave henna:noni fruit (225:400 mg/ kg BW). After being treated for 14 consecutive days the rats were dissected and taken of the testis, were prepared for histological description using paraffin method and stained by hematoxylin eosin (HE). The result showed leaves ethanolic extract of henna (Lawsonia inermis Linn.) and noni fruit (Morinda citrifolia L.) potential to relieve of sel leydig and has no significant effect on increasing testis weight, recovery of seminiferous tubule diameter, increase germinal ephitellium, number of spermatogonium, spermatocyte and spermatid.
