    Analisis Wacana Kritis Interaksi Guru dan Siswa dalam Proses Belajar Mengajar di SMA Negeri 1 Medan

    Abstract
    The teaching and learning process carried out in the classroom so far is often one-way, students only listen to what the teacher says. Therefore, students need to be more actively involved in interacting with teachers. This study aims to find the form or pattern of teacher and student interactions at the micro structure, macro structure and superstructure levels, as well as to analyze the social context that realizes teacher and student interactions in the teaching and learning process. This research is a type of qualitative research that uses van Dijk's Critical Discourse Analysis theory with data collection methods, namely the method of observation, documentation and interviews. Data in the form of text in the form of words, phrases, clauses and sentences were analyzed using interactive model analysis techniques. The results showed that the form or pattern of interaction between teachers and students at the microstructure level using word classes that appeared as much as 38%. At the macro structure level, it consists of 7 topics, namely (1) greetings (opening greetings), (2) attendance (3) repeating last week's lesson (4) continuing the new lesson (5) Analysis of presentation topics (6) motivation (7) conclude the material. At the superstructure level, it shows that the form of teacher interaction consists of introduction, opening and closing. The researcher also found that the social context consists of two, namely the cultural context and the situational context. Therefore, the researcher recommends that a teacher or prospective teacher needs to pay attention to good interactions in teaching in the classroom so that a conducive atmosphere can be created and good cooperation between teachers and students.
     
    Proses belajar mengajar yang dilakukan di kelas selama ini sering kali satu arah, siswa hanya mendengarkana pa yang disampaikan guru. Oleh karenanya, siswa perlu lebih dilibatkan secara aktif untuk berinteraksi dengan guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bentuk atau pola interaksi guru dan siswa pada level struktur mikro, struktur makro dan super struktur, serta menganalisis konteks sosial yang merealisasikan interaksi guru dan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penelitianinimerupakanjenispenelitiankualitatif yang menggunakan teori Analisis Wacana Kritis model van Dijk dengan metodepengumpulan data yaitumetodeobservasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara.Data berupa teksdalambentuk kata, frasa, klausa dan kalimat di analisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk atau pola interaksi guru dan siswa pada level struktur mikro menggunakan kelas kata yang muncul sebanyak 38 %. Pada level struktur makro terdiri dari 7 topik, yaitu (1) greetings (salam pembuka), (2) absensi (3) mengulang pelajaran minggu lalu (4) melanjutkan pelajaran yang baru (5) AnalisistopikPresentasi (6) motivasi (7) menyimpulkanmateri. Pada level superstruktur menunjukkan bahwa bentuk interaksi guru terdiri dari pendahuluan, pembukaan dan penutupan. Peneliti juga menemukan bahwa konteks sosial terdiri atas dua yaitu konteks kultural dan kontek ssituasi.Oleh sebab itu peneliti merekomendasikan agar seorang guru atau pun calon guru perlu memperhatikan interaksi yang baik dalam mengajar di dalam kelas dengan demikian dapat tercipta suasana kondusif dan kerjasama yang baik antara guru dengan siswa.
