    Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Unit Bisnis Mekaar Cabang Kutalimbaru

    Abstract
    The purpose of this study is to show the influence of leader style and work discipline on employee performance at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Unit Business Mekaar Cabang Kutalimbaru. Popuas in this study all employees of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Unit Business Mekaar Cabang Kutalimbaru, amounting to 40 people. The number of samples in this study were 40 people with saturated sampling technique sampling. The research data were obtained from interviews and distributing research questionnaires to employees of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Unit Business Mekaar Cabang Kutalimbaru. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously leadership style and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Unit Business Mekaar Cabang Kutalimbaru. The results of the research partially show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and significant effect, as well as the most dominant variable that has an influence on employee performance.
     
    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Dari Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Unit Bisnis Mekaar Cabang Kutalimbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Unit Bisnis Mekaar Cabang Kutalimbaru yang berjumlah 40 orang. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 40 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Data penelitian diperoleh dari wawancara dan menyebarkan kuisioner penelitian kepada karyawan PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Unit Bisnis Mekaar Cabang Kutalimbaru. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara serempak gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Unit Bisnis Mekaar Cabang Kutalimbaru. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sekaligus sebagai variabel yang paling dominan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.
