Pengaruh Self Efficacy, Adversity Quotient, Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, dan Dukungan Sosial Keluarga terhadap Kesiapan Berwirausaha (Studi pada Mahasiswa Ilmu Administrasi Bisnis Universitas Sumatera Utara)

Abstract

The problem in this study is the high unemployment rate caused by various factors, one of the contributors to unemployment is college graduates. This is directly proportional to the low entrepreneurial readiness of students, especially students of the 2021 University of Sumatera Utara Business Administration Study Program. This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial readiness; (2) the effect of adversity quotient on entrepreneurial readiness; (3) the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial readiness; (4) the influence of family social support on entrepreneurial readiness; (5) the effect of self-efficacy, adversity quotient, entrepreneurship education and family social support on entrepreneurial readiness. The population in this study were students of the Business Administration Study Program at the University of Sumatera utara Stambuk 2017, 2018, and 2019 which amounted to 397 students and a sample of 200 students with the sampling technique using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire). Validity test usinganalysis technique product moment and questionnaire reliability usingformula Alpha Croanbanch. The results of this study indicate that: (1) self-efficacy has a significant effect on entrepreneurial readiness; (2) adversity quotient has a significant effect on entrepreneurial readiness; (3) citizenship education has a significant effect on entrepreneurial readiness; (4) family social support has a significant effect on entrepreneurial readiness; (5) Simultaneously, self efficacy, adversity quotient, civic education and social support have a significant effect on entrepreneurial readiness. The result of the coefficient of determination (R2)of 0.281 or 28.1% and the rest influenced by other factors outside of this study.

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini, tingginya angka pengangguran yang disebabkan berbagai faktor, salah satu penyumbang pengangguran adalah lulusan perguruan tinggi. Hal ini berbanding lurus dengan rendahnya kesiapan berwirausaha mahasiswa, khususnya mahasiswa program studi Ilmu Administrasi Bisnis Universitas Sumatera Utara 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh self efficacy terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha; (2) pengaruh adversity quotient terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha; (3) pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha; (4) pengaruh dukungan sosial keluarga terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha; (5) pengaruh self efficacy, adversity quotient, pendidikan kewirausahaan dan dukungan sosial keluarga terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi Ilmu Administrasi Bisnis Universitas Sumatera Utara Stambuk 2017, 2018, dan 2019 yang berjumlah 397 mahasiswa dan sampel sebanyak 200 mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner). Uji validitas dengan menggunakan teknik analisis product moment dan reliabilitas angket menggunakan rumus Alpha Croanbanch. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) self efficacy berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha; (2) adversity quotient berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha; (3) pendidikan kewarganegaraan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha; (4) dukungan sosial keluarga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha; (5) secara simultan, self efficacy, adversity quotient, pendidikan kewarganegaraan dan dukungan sosial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,281 atau 28,1 % dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.
