    Abstract

The Simple Additive Weighting method is one of the methods of the Decision Support System which is often referred to as the weighted addition method. But the weight values in this method are not formally used calculations. Therefore, usually a number of researchers combine this method with other methods to be more precise and accurate in supporting their decisions. In this study, the authors compared the results of the SAW method decision between weighting based on the Fuzzy Logic method and weighting based on the ROC method. The case studied was the number of students' satisfaction with distance learning during the Covid- 19 pandemic. The results obtained are the number of students who are satisfied with distance learning as many as 26 students for weighting the Fuzzy Logic method and 23 students for weighting the ROC method. Then a number of 31.973% of the optimization value calculated by the ROC method against Fuzzy Logic is because when using the weight value in Fuzzy Logic the decision value is more than 1.00 the number is high. The benefit of this research is that to determine the SAW weight value, other methods are needed besides Fuzzy Logic because the decision results are more than 1.00 and the filtering of the selected results is also high.
