    Pengaruh Pemberian Kombinasi Ekstrak Pisang dan BAP pada Media MS terhadap Pertumbuhan Tunas Anggrek Dendrobium sp.

    Abstract
    Penelitian tentang pengaruh pemberian kombinasi ekstrak pisang dan BAP pada media MS terhadap pertumbuhan biji anggrek Dendrobium sp. telah dilakukan dari bulan Mei sampai dengan bulan September 2021 di Laboratorium Kultur Jaringan Dinas Tanaman Pangan dan Holtikultura Sumatera Utara. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu memperoleh taraf yang terbaik dari kombinasi ekstrak pisang dan BAP pada media MS terhadap pertumbuhan anggrek Dendrobium sp. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) factorial dua faktor dengan 4 taraf ekstrak pisang (0; 25; 50; 75 g/L) dan empat taraf BAP (0; 0,15; 0,3; 0,45 mg/L). Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi ekstrak pisang dan BAP berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun, tinggi tanaman, jumlah akar, berat basah, dan berat kering (p˂0,05). Kombinasi ekstrak pisang 50 g/L dan BAP 0,3 mg/L merupakan konsentrasi terbaik dengan rata-rata jumlah tunas terbanyak 2,56 tunas, jumlah daun terbanyak yaitu 10 helai, dan panjang akar 0,66 cm. Kombinasi ekstrak pisang 75 g/L dan BAP 0,15 mg/L menghasilkan jumlah akar dengan rata-rata 4,89 akar, berat basah dengan rata-rata 0,1833 gram, dan berat kering dengan rata-rata 0,0153 gram. Kombinasi ekstrak pisang 50 g/L dan BAP 0,15 mg/ L menghasilkan tinggi tanaman dengan rata-rata 1,23 cm.
     
    Research on the effect of banana extract and BAP combination on MS media on the growth of Dendrobium sp. orchid buds. which has been carried out from May to September 2021 at the Tissue Culture Laboratory of the Food Crops and Horticulture Office of North Sumatra. The purpose of this study was to obtain the best concentration of banana extract and BAP combination on MS media on the growth of Dendrobium sp. This study used two-factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 levels of banana extract (0; 25; 50; 75 g/L) and four levels of BAP (0; 0.15; 0.3; 0.45 mg/L). The statistic analysis results showed that the combination of banana peel and BAP significantly affected the number of leaves, plant height, number of roots, wet weight, and dry weight (p˂0.05). Banana 50 g/L and BAP 0.3 mg/L were the best concentrations with an average number of shoots. The combination of banana extract 75 g/L and BAP 0.15 mg/L, the number of roots with an average of 4.89 roots, wet weight with an average of 0.1833 grams, and dry weight with an average of 0.0153 grams. The combination of banana extract 50 g/L and BAP 0.15 mg/L resulted in an average plant height of 1.23 cm.
