    Analisis dan Eksperimen Perkuatan Pelat Lantai dengan Menggunakan FRP

    Abstract
    Plates are one of the most important elements in a building. In some buildings, there must be plates, both floor plates and roof plates that are cracked. These cracks can be caused by several factors, both from the quality of the material and the technique in the process as well as due to natural disasters. The test method was carried out on 4 (four) reinforced concrete slabs measuring 2250 x 100 x 150 cm in carrying a load that resulted in pure bending and 4 (four) groups of test objects, namely normal reinforced concrete slabs and reinforced concrete beams with CFRP reinforcement with method coated plate with CFRP one way (unidirectional), plate with CFRP two-way (bidirectional) and plate with CFRP three-way (pseudoisotropic). Furthermore, the test object is given a concentrated load until the reinforced concrete slab collapses so that the maximum load and deflection are known. The experimental results showed that the addition of a plate with CFRP in one direction was able to increase the flexural strength by 72,22% of its initial strength and a plate with CFRP in two directions was able to increase the flexural strength by 77,78% of its initial strength and plate with three-way of CFRP able to increase the flexural strength by 94,44% from its initial strength
     
    Pelat adalah salah satu elemen yang sangat penting dalam suatu bangunan. Pada beberapan bangunan pasti ditemukan pelat, baik pelat lantai maupun pelat atap yang mengalami keretakan. Keretakan ini dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, baik dari kualitas materialnya maupun teknik dalam pengerjaannya serta akibat bencana alam Metode pengujian dilakukan terhadap 4 (empat) buah benda uji pelat beton bertulang dengan ukuran ukuran 2250 x 1000 x 100 mm dan memikul beban yang menghasilkan lentur murni dan ke 4 (empat) kelompok benda uji yaitu pelat beton bertulang normal dengan perkuatan CFRP dengan metode plat dilapisi dengan Lapis CFRP satu arah (unidirectional), dua arah (bidirectional) dan dilapisi tiga arah (pseudoisotropic) Selanjutnya benda uji diberikan beban terpusat sampai pelat beton bertulang runtuh sehingga diketahui beban maksimum dan lendutannya. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa penambahan kuat lentur akibat pelat dilapisi CFRP satu arah mampu meningkatkan kuat lentur sebesar 72,22 % dari kekuatan awalnya, pelat dengan lapis CFRP dua arah mampu meningkatkan kuat lentur sebesar 77,78 %, dan pelat dengan lapis CFRP tiga arah mampu meningkatkan kuat lentur sebesar 94,44 %. dari kekuatan awalnya.
