    Pemetaan Kawasan Banjir Menggunakan Algoritma Cart Berbasis Web Geographic Information System (GIS)

    Abstract
    Flood is one of the natural disasters that occur around the world which is very important to be controlled through proper management. The combination of Data Science technology, geographic information system (GIS), and web technology can be useful for building a system to provide information in the form of knowledge of floodprone areas. Initially, the flood inventory map for the North Sumatra region was taken from various sources in the North Sumatra region. Then the spatial database of North Sumatra was taken including Digital Elevation Model, Slope, Soil type, Curvature, River, Stream Power Index (SPI), Rainfall, Geology, Land use/cover (LULC), and Topographic Wetness Index (TWI). The CART algorithm is used to generate a Decision Tree, then the criteria that meet the criteria to be used as conditioning factors are selected. This process produces a raster as a representation of the flood hazard map of North Sumatra. The raster image is then exported in such a way that it is compatible with web technologies. From the test results, WebGIS has achieved good performance on desktop devices as seen from the pagespeed insight (PSI) performance score with a score of 90, and the performance score of 45 for mobile devices. Then for testing the model using the CART algorithm, it has achieved good performance with an accuracy score of 70%.
     
    Banjir adalah salah satu dari bencana alam yang terjadi di seluruh dunia yang sangat penting untuk dikendalikan melalui pengelolaan yang tepat. Kombinasi antara teknologi Data Science, sistem informasi geografis (GIS), dan Teknologi web dapat berguna untuk membangun sebuah sistem untuk memberikan informasi berupa pengetahuan akan wilayah-wilayah yang rentan banjir. Pada awalnya, peta inventarisasi banjir wilayah sumatera utara diambil dari berbagai sumber di wilayah sumatera utara. Kemudian diambil basis data spasial sumatera utara meliputi Digital Elevation Model, Slope, Soil type, Curvature, River, Stream Power Index (SPI), Rainfall, Geology, Land use/cover (LULC), dan Topographic Wetness Index (TWI). Algoritma CART digunakan untuk menghasilkan Decision Tree, kemudian kriteria yang memenuhi untuk dijadikan conditioning factors dipilih. Proses ini kemudian menghasilkan raster sebagai representasi dari peta kerawanan banjir sumatera utara. Citra raster tersebut diekspor sedemikian rupa sehingga cocok dipadankan dengan teknologi web. Dari hasil pengujian, WebGIS sudah mencapai performa yang baik pada perangkat desktop terlihat dari skor performa pagespeed insight (PSI) dengan skor 90, dan performa skor 45 untuk perangkat mobile. Kemudian untuk pengujian model dengan menggunakan algoritma CART sudah mencapai performa yang baik dengan skor akurasi 70%.
