    Klasifikasi Stadium Katarak Senile Menggunakan Metode Probabilistik Neural Network

    Abstract
    Cataract is an eye disease that causes the patient's vision to become cloudy. Cataracts are caused by the addition of lens fluid (hydration) or denaturation of lens proteins or both. Senile cataract is a type of cataract that occurs as a result of increasing age or aging. Senile cataract is divided into four stages, namely incipient cataract, immature cataract, mature cataract, and hypermature cataract. In this study, the method used for classifying cataracts is the Probabilistic Neural Network method. With the data obtained from the results of preprocessing. The stages carried out in this research are the pre- processing stage, namely the process of Scaling, Grayscaling, CLAHE, Morphology Close, Tresholding, Connected Compenent Analysis, and feature extraction using Invariant moment. After the feature extraction stage, classification will be carried out using the Probabilistic Neural Network method. The results showed that the method used was able to classify cataracts with an accuracy of 95%.
     
    Katarak merupakan penyakit pada mata yang menyebabkan pengelihatan penderita menjadi keruh atau berkabut. Katarak desebabkan oleh adanya penambahan cairan lensa (hidrai) atau denaturasi protein lensa ataupun terjadi akibat keduanya. Katark senile adalah jenis katarak yang terjadi akibat bertambahnya usia atau penuaan. Katarak senile dibagi menjadi empat tingkatan stadium yaitu katarak incipient, Katarak immature, katarak mature, dan katarak hypermature. Pada penelitian ini Metode yang digunakann untuk pengklasifikasian katarak adalah metode Probabilistik Neural Network. Dengan data yang diperoleh dari hasil Preprocssing. Tahapan-tahapan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah tahap Preprocssing yakni proses Scaling, Grayscaling, CLAHE, Morphology Close, Tresholding, Connected Compenent Analysis, dan feature exraction menggunakan Invariant moment. Setelah tahapan feature extraction maka akan dilakukan pengklasifikasian menggunakan metode Probabiliostik Neural Network. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode yang digunakan mampu melakukan klasifikasi penyakit katarak dengan akurasi sebesar 95%.
