    Pengaruh Inokulan Bakteri Penambat Nitrogen Non Simbiotik dan Bakteri Pelarut Fosfat terhadap Pertumbuhan Bibit Porang (Amorphophallus oncophyllus Prain.) pada Tanah Ultisol di Rumah Kaca

    Abstract
    The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of inoculant non symbiotic nitrogen-fixing bacteria and phosphate solubilizing bacteria towards konjac seed growth (Amorphophallus oncophyllus Prain.) on Ultisol soil at greenhouse.. This research took places at agriculture faculty greenhouse, soil biology laboratory and research laboratory of North Sumatera University, from February 2021 until September 2021. This research used factorial randomized block design with two factors. Each factors consist of four levels. First factor is non symbiotic nitrogen-fixing bacteria, consist of N0 (control); N1 (106 cfu/ml); N2 (108 cfu/ml); N3 (1010 cfu/ml) and the second factor is phosphate solubilizing bacteria, consist of P0 (control); P1 (106 cfu/ml) ; P2 (108 cfu/ml) ; P3 (1010 cfu/ml). Each factor treatment was repeated three times. The result of this research showed that non symbiotic nitrogen-fixing bacteria and phosphate solubilizing bacteria were able to increase plant N uptake, plant P uptake, plant height, canopy dry weight, root dry weight, tuber wet weight and tuber diameter. Interaction between non symbiotic nitrogen-fixing bacteria and phosphate solubilizing bacteria treatment were able to increase plant height, root dry weight and wet weight of tuber.
     
    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh inokulan Bakteri Penambat Nitrogen Non Simbiotik dan Bakteri Pelarut Fosfat terhadap pertumbuhan bibit Porang (Amorphophallus oncophyllus Prain.) pada Tanah Ultisol di Rumah Kaca. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Rumah kaca Fakultas Pertanian, Laboratorium Biologi Tanah, Laboratorium Riset Universitas Sumatera Utara, dari bulan Februari sampai September 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial dengan 2 faktor. Masing-masing faktor terdiri dari 4 taraf, faktor pertama yaitu Bakteri Penambat Nitrogen Non Simbiotik, terdiri dari N0 (Kontrol); N1 (106 cfu/ml); N2 (108 cfu/ml); N3 (1010 cfu/ml) dan faktor kedua yaitu Bakteri Pelarut Fosfat, terdiri dari P0 (Kontrol) ; P1 (106 cfu/ml) ; P2 (108 cfu/ml) ; P3 (1010 cfu/ml). Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bakteri Penambat Nitrogen Non Simbiotik dan Bakteri Pelarut Fosfat mampu meningkatkan serapan N tanaman, serapan P tanaman, tinggi tanaman, berat kering tajuk, berat kering akar, berat basah umbi dan diameter umbi. Interaksi perlakuan Bakteri Penambat Nitrogen Non Simbiotik dan Bakteri Pelarut Fosfat mampu meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, berat kering akar dan berat basah umbi.
