Simulasi Penyakit Jantung Koroner Menggunakan Teknologi Mixed Reality

Abstract

Heart disease is one of the number one causes of death in the world. One of them is coronary heart disease. The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia has given an appeal to the public to be more careful in dealing with problems regarding heart disease. One way is through the introduction of the early formation of the heart disease. Along with the development of the times, technology that basically already exists in society is also developing. One method that can be used to identify and avoid coronary heart disease is to use mixed reality technology as an introduction medium. There is also the use of mixed reality technology using a Microsoft Holelens device with targeting interaction in the viewfinder to see the 3D shape of the heart that has been completed using Blender software, which was then successfully built into a mixed reality application that contains an introduction to coronary heart disease where the application can be operated using hand gestures or voice commands. Testing applications that have been given to experts and respondents using a questionnaire that is calculated using the user report method with the Likert Scale formula with success reaching 87.22%, which can be declared that the application that has been built can be used as a medium for the introduction of coronary heart disease.

Penyakit jantung adalah salah satu penyebab kematian nomor satu di dunia. Salah satu diantaranya adalah penyakit jantung coroner. Kementrian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia telah memberikan himbauan kepada masyarakat agar lebih cermat dalan menangani masalah mengenai penyakit jantung. Salah satu carannya lewat pengenalan dari awal terbentuknya penyakit jantung tersebut. Bersamaan dengan berkembangnya zaman, teknologi yang memang pada dasarnya telah ada pada masyarakat juga ikut berkembang. Salah satu metode yang dapat dilakukan dalam mengenali serta menghindari penyakit jantung koroner adalah dengan memenggunakan teknologi mixed reality sebagai media pengenalan. Adapula pemamfataan teknologi mixed reality dengan menggunakan perangkat Microsoft Holelens dengan interaksi targeting pada viewfinder untuk melihat bentuk 3D Jantung yang telah diselesaikan dengan menggunakan software Blender, yang kemudian berhasil dibangun kedalam sebuah aplikasi mixed realiy yang berisi pengenalan mengenai penyakit jantung koroner dimana aplikasi dapat dioperasikan dengan menggunakan gestur tangan ataupun perintah suara. Pengujian aplikasi yang telah diberikan kepada pakar dan responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dihitung menggunakan metode user report dengan rumus Skala Likert dengan keberhasilan mencapai angka 87,22%, yang mana dapat dinyatakan bahwa aplikasi yang telah dibangun dapat dijadikan sebagai media pengenalan penyakit jantung koroner.
