    Pengaruh Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Sarana Prasarana terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK Negeri 1 Kutacane

    Abstract
    The objective of this research is to determine if motivation, work environment, facilities, and infrastructure have simultaneous or partial effects on teacher pelformance. Furthermore, this research is aimed at developing effective policies to improve perfo rmance of the teachers at SMK Negeri (Public Senior Vocational High School) I Kutacane. The population of this descriptive quantitative study consists of 82 teachers. There are two data collection methodl' used: distributing questionnaires to the teachers and using of secondary data. The data are analyzed using validity and reliability tests, including the analy tical methods ofT-test. F-test, and multiple linier regression model. The research findings indicate that motivation, work environment, jc,cilities. and infrastructures significantly and positively affect teacher pelfol'mance, Par/ially, 1I10tivation and work environment Significantly affect /eacher performance. On /he o/her hand. fi /citities and infrastructure partially do not have any significant effects on teacher performance. In conclusion. the.findinf!.s reveal that simultaneously improving motivation. work environment, facilities and infrastructure shall improve pelj(Jrmance of the teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Kutacane.
     
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja guru secara serempak maupun secara parsial. Penelitian juga bertujuan untuk mendapatkan rumusan kebijakan yang efektif sebagai perbaikan/peningkatan kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 1 Kutacane. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 82 orang guru. Jenis penelitian berupa deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner langsung ke guru dan dengan data sekunder. Teknik analisisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen yaitu uji validitas dan uji realibilitas serta metode analisis yang terdiri dari uji t, uji f, dan analisis data dengan menggunakan model regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan sarana prasarana secara signifikan positif mempengaruhi kinerja guru secara serempak. Secara parsial motivasi dan lingkungan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru sedangkan sarana prasarana secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil tersebut menunjukan apabila secara bersama-sama motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan sarana prasarana lebih di tingkatkan maka akan semakin meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 1 Kutacane.
