dc.description.abstractThe research on analysing the concentration of Cuprum (Cu) and Zinkum (Zn) which was absorbed by mango plant (Mangifera Indica). The analysis of Cuprum (Cu) and Zinkum (Zn) was done by dry ashing methode using concentrated HNO3(p). The amount of the concentration of Cuprum (Cu) and Zinkum (Zn) in the samples was analysed by using atomic absorption spectrophotometry. At a wavelength of 324.7 nm for Cuprum (Cu) and wavelength 213.9 nm for Zinkum (Zn). The data which were obtained were analysed using Least Square method. From the research results are obtained concentrations of the Cuprum (Cu) in leaf samples of mango (Mangifera indica), which is at the right end of the entrance to USU FMIPA analytical chemistry laboratories (Front Section) is 0,4824 ± 0,0029 mg/L, While the mango leaves that are in front of the entrance to the analytical chemistry laboratory two FMIPA USU (Rear Section) is 0,2386 ± 0,0006 mg/L . Meanwhile, for the concentrations of Zinkum (Zn) in leaf samples of mango (Mangifera indica), which is at the right end of the entrance to the analytical chemistry laboratory FMIPA USU (Front Section) is 0,6624 ± 0,0007 mg/L, and mango leaves that are in front of the entrance to the analytical chemistry laboratory two FMIPA USU (Rear Section) is 0,2828 ± 0,0006 mg/L.en_US
dc.description.abstractTelah dilakukan penelitian untuk menganalisis kadar unsur Cuprum (Cu) dan Zinkum (Zn) yang terserap dari tanaman Mangga (mangifera indica). Analisis kadar Cuprum (Cu) dan Zinkum (Zn) dilakukan dengan metode destruksi kering menggunakan pelarut HNO3(p). Besarnya kadar unsur Cuprum (Cu) dan Zinkum (Zn) yang terdapat dalam sampel dianalisis dengan menggunakan Spektrofotometer Serapan Atom (SSA), pada panjang gelombang 324,7 nm untuk unsur Cuprum (Cu) dan panjang gelombang 213,9 nm untuk unsur Zinkum (Zn). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode Least Square. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh kadar unsur Cuprum (Cu) dalam sampel daun mangga (mangifera indica) yang berada pada ujung kanan pintu masuk laboratorium kimia analitik FIMIPA USU (Bagian Depan) adalah 0,4824 ± 0,0029 mg/L , Sedangkan daun mangga yang berada didepan pintu masuk laboraturium 2 kimia analitik FIMIPA USU (Bagian Belakang) adalah 0,2386 ± 0,0006 mg/L . Sedangkan, untuk kadar unsur Zinkum (Zn) dalam sampel daun mangga (mangifera indica) yang berada pada ujung kanan pintu masuk laboratorium kimia analitik FIMIPA USU (Bagian Depan) adalah 0,6624 ± 0,0007 mg/L . dan daun mangga yang berada didepan pintu masuk laboraturium 2 kimia analitik FIMIPA USU (Bagian Belakang) adalah 0,2828 ± 0,0006 mg/L .en_US
