    Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Kecerdasan Emosional dan Dukungan Sosial Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kepuasan Kerja pada PT Bank Mandiri Regional Credit Card Medan

    Abstract
    One of the challenge received by companies in improving employee performance is differences in individual attitudes and behavior at work. This difference is the reason why employees show different levels of performance from one employee to another. In order to improve employee performance, a leader who is able to apply proper leadership is needed, the ability of employees to control emotions, and the support that employees get at work. This study aims to determine whether leadership, emotional intelligence and social support have a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT Bank Mandiri Regional Credit Card Medan. Data collection in this study was carried out through a survey approach with quantitative descriptive research type. The population is all employees at PT Bank Mandiri Regional Credit Card Medan, 57 people. The sample used is a saturated sample where all the population is sampled. The method in analyzing the data used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis using path analysis. The results showed that partially leadership and social support have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, emotional intelligence has no significant effect on job satisfaction and employrr performance. Partially, leadership, social support have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, emotional intelligence has no significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, support social has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. The most dominant factor affecting job satisfaction is leadership. The most dominant factor affecting employee performance is job satisfaction. Based on the sobel test, there is a positive and significant influence of leadership, emotional intelligence and social support variables on employee performance through job satisfaction.
     
    Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan adalah perbedaan sikap dan perilaku individu dalam bekerja. Perbedaan ini merupakan alasan mengapa karyawan menunjukkan tingkat kinerja yang berbeda antara satu karyawan dengan lainnya. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, maka diperlukan pemimpin yang mampu menerapkan kepemimpinan yang tepat, kemampuan karyawan dalam mengendalikan emosi, dan dukungan yang diperoleh karyawan dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kepemimpinan, kecerdasan emosional dan dukungan sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja pada PT Bank Mandiri Regional Credit Card Medan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan survey dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi adalah seluruh karyawan di PT Bank Mandiri Regional Credit Card sebanyak 57 orang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode dalam menganalisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kepemimpinan dan dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Secara parsial kepemimpinan, dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja, kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja, dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Kepemimpinan dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja dominan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT Bank Mandiri Regional Credit Card Medan.
