    Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk (Alfamidi Area Medan Selayang)

    Abstract
    Retail company competition in Indonesia is growing rapidly along with the increasing number of supermarkets/minimarkets from within the country and abroad. The success of the retail company is influenced by employee performance. Companies must mange employee performance in order to be able to achieve the goals set by the company. The purpose of this research was to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline, work motivation, and work environment of employee performance in PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk (Alfamidi Medan Selayang Area). The population in this research amounted 35 employees. The number of samples in this research was 35 employees with saturated sampling techniques. Research data was obtained from interviews and disseminated research questionnaires to employees in PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk (Alfamidi Medan Selayang Area) and documentation study. Analytical techniques use descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analyses. The results of this research show that in unison the work discipline, work motivation, and work environment positively and significantly on the performance of employee in PT.Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk (Alfamidi Medan Selayang Area). Results of the partial research showed that the work discipline, work motivation, work environment of each positively and significantly affect the performance employees in PT. Midi Utama Indonesia (Alfamidi Medan Selayang Area). The work discipline has a greater influence than work motivation and work environment.
     
    Persaingan perusahaan ritel di Indonesia semakin berkembang pesat seiring meningkatnya jumlah supermarket/minimarket dari dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Keberhasilan perusahaan ritel tersebut dipengaruhi oleh kinerja karyawan. Perusahaan harus mengelola kinerja karyawan agar mampu mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk (Alfamidi Area Medan Selayang). Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang karyawan. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 orang karyawan dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Data penelitian diperoleh dari wawancara dan menyebar kuesioner penelitian terhadap karyawan PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk (Alfamidi Area Medan Selayang) dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara serempak disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk (Alfamidi Area Medan Selayang). Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk (Alfamidi Area Medan Selayang). Disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar dari variabel motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja
