    Pengaruh Ketinggian Air dengan Feeding Rate yang Berbeda Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Kelangsungan Hidup Ikan Gurami (Osphronemus gouramy)

    Abstract
    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of different water levels and feeding rates on the growth and survival of gouramy (Osphronemus gouramy). This research method used an experimental randomized block design (RAK) consisting of a combination of 9 treatments and 3 replications with 2 factors, namely water level and Feeding Rate. The test fish used was gouramy (Osphronemus gouramy) with an initial length of ±10 cm and an initial weight of ±15 grams. The effect of different water levels showed a significant difference between treatments on gouramy. The highest growth was found in treatment T3 (water height 70 cm ) then followed by F2 (water level 50 cm and the lowest was in solid water level F1 (water height 30 cm). The water level treatment showed a very significant difference (P≤0.01) on length growth and increase the weight, the value of the feed conversion ratio showed a very significant difference (P≤0.01). The best feeding rete was the F3 treatment, namely Feeding rete 5%. Where, the more fish fed the faster the growth. The treatment of feeding rete was very different. significantly different (P≤0.01) on weight gain, and significantly different (P≤0.05) on length increase, the feed conversion ratio value showed a very significant difference (P≤0.01) On the interaction of water level and Feeding rete in the survival and growth of gouramy on weights were stated to be very different, on the interaction of water level and feeding rete in the survival and growth of gouramy at P The lengths were stated to be different and in the interaction of water level and Feeding rete in the survival and growth of gouramy on FCR it was stated that they were very significantly different. The water quality of all treatments during the study showed a reasonable range for the fish rearing process, namely temperatures ranging from 26-29 0C, Dissolved Oxygen (DO) ranging from 4.1-5.5mg/L, Ph ranging from 7.1-7.5.
     
    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Ketinggian Air dengan Feeding Rate yang Berbeda Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Kelangsungan Hidup Ikan Gurami (Osphronemus gouramy) .Metode penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen dengan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) terdiri dari kombinasi 9 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan dengan 2 faktor yaitu ketinggian air dan Feeding Rate. Ikan uji yang digunakan adalah ikan Gurami (Osphronemus gouramy) dengan panjang awal ±10 cm dan berat awal ± 15 gram. Pengaruh ketinggian air yang berbeda menunjukan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antar perlakuan pada ikan gurami. Pertumbuhan tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan T3 (Ketinggian air 70 cm ) kemudian diikuti F2 (Ketinggian air 50 cm dan terendah pada padat ketinggian air F1 (Ketinggian air 30 cm). Perlakuan Ketinngian air menunjukan sangat berbeda nyata (P≤0,01) terhadap pertumbuhan panjang dan pertambahan bobot, pada nilai feed convertion ratio menunjukan sangat berbeda nyata (P≤0,01). Feeding rete yang terbaik adalah perlakuan F3 yaitu Feeding rete 5 %. Dimana, semakin banyak ikan diberi makan semakin cepat pula pertumbuhannya. Perlakuan feeding rete berbeda menunjukan sangat berbeda nyata (P≤0,01) terhadap pertambahan bobot, dan berbeda nyata (P≤0,05) terhadap pertambahan panjang, pada nilai feed convertion ratio menunjukan sangat berbeda nyata (P≤0,01). Pada interaksi ketingian air dan Feeding rete dalam kelangsungan hidup dan pertumbuhan ikan gurami pada bobot dinyatakan sangat berbeda nyata, Pada interaksi ketingian air dan Feeding rete dalam kelangsungan hidup dan pertumbuhan ikan gurami pada Panjang dinyatakan berbedanya dan Pada interaksi ketingian air dan Feeding rete dalam kelangsungan hidup dan pertumbuhan ikan gurami pada FCR dinyatakan sangat berbeda nyata. Kualitas air dari seluruh perlakuan selama penelitian menunjukkan kisaran yang layak untuk proses pemeliharaan ikan, yaitu suhu berkisar 26-29 0C, Dissolved Oxygen (DO) berkisar 4,1-5,5mg/L, Ph berkisar 7,1-7,5.
