    Analisis Kandungan Logam Berat Timbal (Pb) dan Merkuri (Hg) pada Daging Cumi-cumi (Loligo chinensis) di Beberapa Tangkahan Kampung Nelayan Kabupaten Batu Bara Sumatera Utara

    Abstract
    Coal waters are the estuaries of water originating from a number of rivers flowing in the Coal area and adjacent to industrial areas, ports and residential areas that have the potential to carry inorganic pollutants such as heavy metals Lead (Pb) and Mercury (Hg) which can accumulate. on squid and settle to the bottom of the water. This research was carried out in October-November 2021, at the Technical Implementation Unit for the Implementation of Fishery Product Quality (UPT PMHP) Mabar, Medan, North Sumatra Province, which aims to determine the value of the heavy metal content of lead (Pb) and Mercury (Hg) in squid meat (Loligo Chinensis) marketed in fish hold, Fisherman Village, Batu Bara Regency and the level of feasibility of consumption. . The method used is descriptive method with data collection techniques by observation. The results of this study indicate that the average value of the heavy metal content of lead (Pb) and mercury (Hg) in squid meat (Loligo chinensis) in fish hold Fisherman Village, Batu Bara Regency were 0.005-0.229 mg/kg and 0.042-0.068 mg/kg, respectively. Overall squid meat (Loligo chinensis) which is contaminated with heavy metals lead (Pb) and mercury (Hg) is still within safe limits for consumption according to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI).
     
    Perairan Batu Bara adalah tempat bermuaranya air yang berasal dari sejumlah sungai yang mengalir di kawasan Batu Bara dan berdekatan dengan kawasan Industri, pelabuhan dan pemukiman penduduk yang mempunyai potensi membawa bahan pencemar anorganik seperti logam Berat Timbal (Pb) dan Merkuri (Hg) yang dapat terakumulasi pada cumi-cumi dan mengendap di dasar perairan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober-November 2021, bertempat di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Penerapan Mutu Hasil Perikanan (UPT PMHP) Mabar, Medan Provinsi Sumatera Utara, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai kandungan logam berat timbal (Pb) dan Merkuri (Hg) pada daging cumi-cumi (Loligo Chinensis) yang dipasarkan di Tangkahan Kampung Nelayan Kabupaten Batu Bara dan tingkat kelayakan konsumsinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan data secara observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata kandungan logam berat timbal (Pb) dan merkuri (Hg) pada daging cumi-cumi (Loligo chinensis) di Tangkahan Kampung Nelayan Kabupaten Batu Bara adalah 0,005-0,229 mg/kg dan 0,042-0,068 mg/kg. Secara keseluruhan daging cumi-cumi (Loligo chinensis) yang terkontaminasi logam berat timbal (Pb) dan merkuri (Hg) masih dalam batas aman untuk dikonsumsi sesuai Standart Nasional Indonesia (SNI).
