    Pengaruh Pemberian Curcuminoid terhadap Ekspresi Nuclear Factor Erytroid 2-Related Factor 2 (NRF2) dengan Nilai Signal To Noise Ratio (SNR) pada Sel Rambut Luar Koklea Rattus Norvegicus yang Terpajan Bising

    Abstract
    Aim To determine the effect of curcuminoid administration on the expression of nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (NRF2) in the organ of Corti of Rattus Norvegicus cochlea that are exposed to noise by the results of the examination of otoacoustic emission (DPOAE). Methods Used a randomized post-test design only control group laboratory experimental design, with 36 male Wistar strain Rattus norvegicus. The study group was divided into 6 groups (n = 6 each), Group I (control); Group 2 (noise exposure without administration of Curcuminoid); Group 3 (noise exposure + Curcuminoid dose 100 mg/day for 4 days); Group 4 (noise exposure + Curcuminoid dose 200 mg/day for 4 days); Group 5 (Curcuminoid dose of 100 mg/day for 14 days followed by 2 days of noise exposure); Group 6 ( Curcuminoid dose 200 mg/day for 14 days followed by 2 days of noise exposure). Results There was no significant difference in SNR values from DPOAE examination in group 1 on days 0, 2, and 4 (p> 0.05). However, there were significant differences in SNR values from DPOAE examination in group 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 on days 0, 2 and 4 (p <0.05). There was a significant difference in the average levels of NRF2 expression in the organ of Corti of Rattus Norvegicus cochlea in all groups (p <0.05). There was an effect/correlation of curcuminoid administration on NRF2 expression in the organ of Corti cochlea with SNR values on DPOAE examination in the treatment group. Conclusion There was an effect of curcuminoid administration on NRF2 expression in the organ of Corti of Rattus Norvegicus cochlea which was exposed to noise with SNR values on DPOAE examination results.
     
    Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian kurkuminoid terhadap ekspresi nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (NRF2) pada organ Corti of Rattus Norvegicus koklea yang terpapar bising hasil pemeriksaan otoacoustic emission (DPOAE). Metode: yang digunakan adalah Randomized Post-test Design Only Control Group Laboratory Experimental Design, dengan 36 jantan galur Wistar Rattus norvegicus. Kelompok belajar dibagi menjadi 6 kelompok (n = 6 masing-masing), Kelompok I (kontrol); Kelompok 2 (paparan bising tanpa pemberian Curcuminoid); Kelompok 3 (paparan bising + Kurkuminoid dosis 100 mg/hari selama 4 hari); Kelompok 4 (paparan bising + Kurkuminoid dosis 200 mg/hari selama 4 hari); Kelompok 5 (Dosis kurkuminoid 100 mg/hari selama 14 hari diikuti paparan bising selama 2 hari); Kelompok 6 (Dosis kurkuminoid 200 mg/hari selama 14 hari diikuti dengan paparan bising selama 2 hari). Hasil: Tidak terdapat perbedaan nilai SNR yang bermakna dari pemeriksaan DPOAE pada kelompok 1 pada hari ke 0, 2, dan 4 (p>0,05). Namun terdapat perbedaan nilai SNR yang signifikan dari pemeriksaan DPOAE pada kelompok 2, 3, 4, 5 dan 6 pada hari ke 0, 2 dan 4 (p<0,05). Terdapat perbedaan bermakna rata-rata kadar ekspresi NRF2 pada organ Corti of Rattus Norvegicus cochlea pada semua kelompok (p<0,05). Ada pengaruh/korelasi pemberian kurkuminoid terhadap ekspresi NRF2 pada organ Corti koklea dengan nilai SNR pada pemeriksaan DPOAE pada kelompok perlakuan. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh pemberian kurkuminoid terhadap ekspresi NRF2 pada organ Corti of Rattus Norvegicus cochlea yang terpapar bising dengan nilai SNR pada hasil pemeriksaan DPOAE.
