    Pengaruh Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja dan Keterikatan Pekerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasi pada Mitra Driver Gojek Medan

    Abstract
    This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of Work-Life Balance and Employee Engagement On Organizational Commitment Of Go-Jek Driver In Medan City. The population in this research is all drivers GO- JEK in Medan City whose numbers are unknown. The number of samples in this research are 100 respondens with the accidental sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this research shows that simultaneously the Work-Life Balance and Employee Engagement Have A Significant Effect On Organizational Commitment Of Go-Jek Driver In Medan City. The partial test shows that Work- Life Balance have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment Of Go-Jek Driver In Medan and the Work-Life Balance have a positive and significant effect On Organizational Commitment Of Go-Jek Driver In Medan City.
     
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan keterikatan karyawan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada mitra driver Gojek Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah driver Gojek di kota Medan yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan keterikatan karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasimitra driver Gojek di kota Medan. Uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa keseimbangan kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi mitra driver Gojek di kota Medan dan keterikatan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, serta menjadi variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi komitmen organisasimitra driver Gojek di kota Medan.
