Validitas Smartphone Android Periksayook sebagai Penilaian Awal Posisi Bola Mata terhadap Ambliopia Strabismik pada Pelajar Pesantren Modern Darul Ihsan, Deli Serdang

Abstract

Background: One of many ways to find out that eye position problems occur is Hirschberg simple test, which can be proved through this device. Unfortunately, not all parents know how Hirschberg tests. Therefore, we need mobile application technology that parents can understand well to check the first performs eye position evaluation on children. The mobile app is the PeriksaYook app Objective: The purpose of this study is to see the validity of the PeriksaYook application on android as an initial evaluation of the eyeballs of strabismic amblyopia in students of the Darul Ihsan Modern Islamic Boarding School, Deli Serdang Methods: This study is a prospective diagnostic test by using a cross-sectional study design on 418 responden who met the inclusion criteria. This research was conducted at Darul Ihsan Islamic Boarding School on March 27, 2021 Results: The PeriksaYook application obtained a sensitivity value of 84.61% and a specificity of 80.67%. The PeriksaYook application screened 11 subjects with exodeviative strabismic amblyopia. In this study also screened for refractive errors and the results of myopia and astigmatima were obtained. Myopia became the most common in 101 subjects, and 23 of 101 myopia were refractive amblyopia Conclusion: There is a relationship between the PeriksaYook application and the Hirschberg test, which are complementary and also they have the same examination objectives

Latar Belakang: Salah satu cara mengetahui adanya kelainan kedudukan posisi bola mata yang berakibat ambliopia, dapat dilakukan pemeriksaan sederhana yakni tes Hirschberg. Namun tidak semua orang tua mengetahui cara pemeriksaan tes Hirschberg. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan teknologi aplikasi seluler yang mudah dipahami oleh orang tua untuk melakukan penilaian awal kedudukan posisi bola mata pada anaknya. Teknologi aplikasi seluler tersebut ialah aplikasi PeriksaYook. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui validitas aplikasi smartphone android PeriksaYook sebagai penilaian awal posisi bola mata terhadap ambliopia strabismik pada pelajar Pesantren Modern Darul Ihsan, Deli Serdang Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan studi prospektif uji diagnostik menggunakan desain cross sectional study, pada 418 subyek penelitian yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Darul Ihsan tanggal 27 Maret 2021. Hasil: Aplikasi PeriksaYook didapatkan nilai sensitivitas 84,61% dan spesifisitas 80,67%. Aplikasi PeriksaYook menyaring subyek dengan ambliopia strabismik tipe exodeviasi sebanyak 11 subyek. Pada penelitian ini juga melakukan skrining kelainan refraksi dan didapatkan hasil miopia dan astigmatima. Miopia menjadi yang banyak diderita sebesar 101 subyek, dan 23 dari 101 miopia merupakan ambliopia refraktif. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara aplikasi PeriksaYook dan tes Hirschberg yang saling melengkapi dan memiliki tujuan pemeriksaan yang sama
