dc.description.abstract | Turnover intention or the intention to change jobs will be detrimental to the company, both financially and non-financially. The results of the calculation of LTO (Labour Turn Over) in 2021 at PT. Sinar Sosro is 39.46%, where the annual LTO rate in a company should not reach 10%. This study aims to analyze the relationship and influence of workload and job satisfaction on the turnover intention of outsourcing workers at PT. Sinar Sosro. This type of research is associative research. Data collection in this study was by distributing questionnaires to 83 workers at PT. Sinar Sosro Jl. Tanjung Morawa KM 14.5, Deliserdang. The data were obtained then processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS 25 software. Based on the results of the study, the workload and job satisfaction variables together have a significant effect and contribute to turnover intention at PT. Sinar Sosro is 57.2%, while the remaining 42.8% is influenced by other variables. Partially, the workload variable has a significant positive effect on the turnover intention of outsourcing workers at PT. Sinar Sosro and contributed 57.15%. While the variable job satisfaction has a negative and not significant effect on the turnover intention of outsourcing workers at PT. Sinar Sosro and gave a partial contribution of 0.14%. dc.description.abstract | Turnover intention atau niat pindah kerja pekerja yang tinggi akan merugikan perusahaan baik finansial maupun non finansial. Hasil dari perhitungan LTO (Labour Turn Over) pada tahun 2021 di PT. Sinar Sosro adalah 39,46%, dimana sebaiknya angka LTO tahunan dalam suatu perusahaan tidak mencapai angka 10%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan dan pengaruh beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention pekerja outsourcing di PT. Sinar Sosro.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada 83 pekerja outsourcing di PT. Sinar Sosro Jalan Raya Tanjung Morawa KM 14,5, Deliserdang. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dan dianalisis dengan metode regresi linier berganda menggunakan software SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, variabel beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap turnover intention di PT. Sinar Sosro sebesar 57,2%, sedangkan sisanya 42,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Secara parsial, variabel beban kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention pekerja outsourcing PT. Sinar Sosro dan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 57,15%. Sedangkan variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention pekerja outsourcing PT. Sinar Sosro dan memberikan kontribusi parsial sebesar 0,14%. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan kepada perusahaan dan dapat menekan tingkat turnover intention di perusahaan | en_US |
