    Abstract
    Orange or lime is a flowering plants in the genus Citrus member of the tribe rutaceae. The quality of the fruit that must be met by producers and traders the fruit is the levels of the minimum limit of pesticide residues contained in the fruit should be under the tolerance limits specified. Application of the system of pests not optimum to make the users of pesticides often exceed the recommended dosage so this will affect the food security of consumers fruit orange. Has been done the determination of the levels of the active ingredients Chlorpyrifos using Citrus Fruits. The determination of the levels of the active ingrdients Chlorpyrifos using the method of Gas Chromatography, the results of the analysis of the levels of active ingredients that are obtained on the Fruit orange with active ingredient Chlorpyrifos = 0,575 mg/kg. The resultsof the analysis of the active ingredients Chlorpyrifos on Citrus Fruit the suit below the Maximum Limit of Residue (MLR) on Citrus Fruit, namely 1.
     
    Jeruk atau limau adalah semua tumbuhan berbunga anggota marga Citrus dari suku Rutaceae. Kualitas buah yang harus dapat dipenuhi oleh produsen maupun pedagang buah adalah kadar batas minimum residu pestisida yang terkandung di dalam buah harus berada dibawah batas toleransi yang ditetapkan. Penerapan sistem hama yang belum optimum menjadikan pengguna pestisida seringkali melebihi dosis anjuran sehingga hal ini akan banyak berpengaruh terhadap keamanan pangan konsumen buah jeruk. Telah dilakukan penentuan kadar bahan aktif Klorpirifos pada Buah Jeruk. Penentuan kadar bahan aktif Klorpirifos menggunakan metode Kromatografi Gas, hasil analisa kadar bahan aktif yang diperoleh pada Buah jeruk dengan bahan aktif Klorpirifos = 0,575 mg/kg. Hasil analisa bahan aktif Klorpirifos pada Buah Jeruk tersebut sesuai dibawah Batas Maksimum Residu (BMR) pada Buah Jeruk, yaitu 1.
