Strategi Pengembangan Kepariwisataan Derah Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara

Abstract

In order to develop new districts, we have to develop all their potentials and resources so that they can keep up with their maid district. Many of them attempt to use tourism to support their economic development. Padang Lawas Utara District has a tourism object which comprises of temples in Portibi area. The goverrment has attemted to develop this tourism area as the tourism destinination but fails. The aim of the research was to know supporting and impeding factors of tourism development in Padang lawas Utara District and to determine the strategic model of its development.
