    Strategi Digital Marketing pada UKM Tikko Shoes dengan Metode Sostac

    Abstract
    At this time the industrial world is entering a new era known as the era of digitalization. Information technology is transforming increasingly sophisticated which provides many conveniences for people's lives, especially in the economic world. Currently, trade is inseparable from information technology. With the synergy between trade and information technology, the term e-commerce was created. Tikko Shoes is one of the SMEs engaged in the fashion business. On external environmental factors, namely PESTEL analysis. PESTEL Analysis is used to consider the factors of external problems, namely Political, Economic, Social, Technology, Environment and Legal. The SOSTAC method is a planning framework model that allows it to be easy to follow, and is able to identify all the main things that must be done in order to achieve goals. In this SOSTAC analysis there are six stages, namely Situation Analysis using SWOT tools, then proceed to Objective steps using 5S tools ( Sell, Serve, Speak, Save, Sizzle), then go to the next stage, namely Strategy using STP (Segementation, Targeting, Positioning) tools, then proceed to Tactics stage using 4P (Product, Place, Price, Promotion) tools, then proceed to Actions stage, and proceed to the last stage, namely Control. The result of this research is a digital marketing strategy, namely uploading products regularly and providing shop vouchers and free shipping vouchers at Shopee e-commerce.     Pada saat ini dunia industri sedang memasuki era baru yang dikenal sebagai era digitalisasi. Teknologi informasi bertransformasi semakin canggih yang memberikan banyak kemudahan bagi kehidupan masyarakat terutama didalam dunia ekonomi. Saat ini perdagangan tidak terlepas dari teknologi informasi. Dengan adanya sinergi antara perdagangan dan teknologi informasi maka terciptalah istilah e-commerce. Tikko Shoes merupakan salah satu UKM yang bergerak dibidang bisnis fashion. Pada faktor lingkungan eksternal yaitu dengan analisis PESTEL. PESTEL Analysis digunakan untuk mempertimbangkan faktor–faktor permasalahan eksternal, yaitu Political, Economic, Social, Technology, Environment dan Legal. Metode SOSTAC adalah sebuah model kerangka perencanaan yang memungkinkan dengan mudah untuk diikuti, dan mampu untuk mengidentifikasi seluruh hal utama yang harus dilakukan agar dapat mencapai tujuan Pada analisis SOSTAC ini ada enam tahapan yaitu Situation Analysis menggunakan tools SWOT, kemudian dilanjutkan kelangkah Objective menggunakan tools 5S (Sell, Serve, Speak, Save, Sizzle), lalu menuju ketahap selanjutnya yaitu Strategy menggunakan tools STP (Segementation, Targeting, Positioning), kemudian dilanjutkan ketahap Tactics menggunakan tools 4P (Product, Place, Price, Promotion), kemudian dilanjutkan ketahap Actions, dan dilanjutkan ketahap terakhir yaitu Control. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah strategi digital makerting yaitu melakukan upload produk secara rutin dan memberikan voucher toko dan voucher gratis ongkir di e-commerce Shopee. Kata Kunci : UKM, E-commerce, PESTEL, SOSTAC, SWOT, 5S, STP, 4P.
